Period Drama recomendations???

Hi All,

I've been in a mood for a good costume/period drama lately. Something along the lines of "The Legend of Concubine Zhen Huan", my first ever drama I watched! 

Any recommendations for favorites?

For historical drama that is mostly harem plot with very much focused on FL, along with Legend of Concubine Zhen Huan, try:

• Story of Yanxi Palace
• Empress of China
• Legend of Miyue
• Story of Minglan (non Harem) 

Other historical dramas to check out, though non romance centered but totally must watch:

• Nirvana in Fire
• Three Kingdoms
• Joy of Life
• Longest Day in ChangAn

Defo start with Story of Yanxi Palace . Im watching it now and it is one of the best Chinese palace dramas ive seen.
