With only a few days left till the premiere of the action thriller, the global streaming service Netflix released a new trailer for its original drama Bloodhounds.
The trailer commences with President Choi (Heo Joon Ho) saying, "Myung Gil (Park Sung Woong) is a very dangerous and cruel man. He'll send the bloodhounds".
The following scenes show Myung Gil's power and position in the loan shark industry as he says, "I'm in the investment business. Since you're 100 billion short, I should invest that much" as if it's a trivial amount for him to get his hands on.
He then stands facing Kim Geon Woo (Woo Do Hwan), who fearfully asks him, "What do you want?", to which Myung Gil replies, "Pay us back".
He then signals his man to beat Geon Woo, and Geon Woo in his futile attempt punches the man only to get beat down by the tough cookie.
In the next scene Hong Woo Jin (Lee Sang Yi), while looking at a business card of a loan shark exclaims, "Only the loan sharks are having a blast", to which Geon Woo asks, "Why?". Woo Jin replies, "The more desperate you are, the easier it is to rip you off".
Woo Jin learns of Geon Woo's loans and tells him he should pay them back, but the desperate boxer says he doesn't have money.
President Choi then resolutely says, "I'm going to end Myung Gil and Smile Capital", and forms an alliance with Woo Jin and Geon Woo to fight the nefarious criminal and put an end to his business.
What follows are brief flashes of the boxers' struggles, their battle against Myung Gil's army of fighters, and their determination to continue to fight even if costs their lives.
The trailer ends with Woo Jin saying to Geon Woo, "You have a heart of a boxer", with the two of them laughing their heart out.
Bloodhounds will premiere on June 9, only on Netflix. Check out the latest trailer below!
