Extraordinary Attorney Woo's Kang Tae Oh in talks to lead the historical K-drama
Pyo Ye Jin will reportedly be Ji Chang Wook's lover in the upcoming K-drama Fabricated City.
According to industry insiders on October 17, Pyo Ye Jin has been picked to be the lover of Ji Chang Wook in the upcoming Disney+ original K-drama Fabricated City.
Pyo Ye Jin will join the series alongside Ji Chang Wook, EXO's Doh Kyung Soo, and Jo Yoon Soo.
Director Kim Chang Ju (Hard Hit, Moving, and Decibel) and writer Oh Sang Ho (Taxi Driver, Fabricated City, and Codename: Jackal) will work together for the upcoming K-drama.
Fabricated City is a bloody revenge K-drama that revolves around a man who lives a normal life and then suddenly experiences hell. He returns after he suddenly gets manipulated and falls into an abyss. The K-drama will depict its story from the film (Fabricated City) of the same name.
According to reports, Pyo Ye Jin will play an important role in the K-drama. She will be Ji Chang Wook's girlfriend and will work closely with him.
Fabricated City will premiere in 2025 with 10 episodes. It will exclusively premiere on Disney+.
If Pyo Ye Jin officially confirms her casting, this will be her next work with writer Oh Sang Ho. They have worked together for all the seasons of Taxi Driver.
The actress also recently confirmed her return to Taxi Driver Season 3. She will continue working with Lee Je Hoon, Kim Eui Sung, Jang Hyuk Jin, and Bae Yoo Ram in the new season.
This year, Pyo Ye Jin made a comeback into romantic comedies with the K-drama Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale. She showed great chemistry with Lee Jun Young and Kim Hyun Jin in the K-drama.
For 2025, it seems like Pyo Ye Jin will return to action and thriller genres.
