Park Shin Hye is positively considering to star in a new romance K-drama!
Park Bo Young and GOT7's Park Jin Young are officially confirmed to lead the upcoming tvN K-drama Unknown Seoul.
On December 3, tvN officially confirmed the casting of Park Bo Young and Park Jin Young. The two will work hand in hand with director Park Shin Woo (Lovestruck in the City, It's Okay to Not Be Okay, and Hyde, Jekyll, Me) and writer Lee Kang (Youth of May) in the upcoming romantic comedy K-drama.
Unknown Seoul will tell the story of twin sisters, identical in appearance but living totally different lives. One day, the two decided to exchange identities through a web of lies. There, they will discover the meaning of life and love.
Aside from Park Bo Young and Park Jin Young, actor Ryu Kyung Soo will also be part of the cast.
The upcoming K-drama will premiere in the first half of 2025. It will exclusively air on tvN and the series will have a total of 12 episodes.
Park Bo Young will take on the challenge of playing two characters in one K-drama. She will portray the role of the twin sisters Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae who have the same face but are different in everything.
Yoo Mi Ji is the youngest among the twins. She was a promising track and field athlete but now enjoys a free-spirited life. Yoo Mi Rae on the other hand is the elder one who has been a perfectionist and an elite since her school days. She is currently working at a public corporation.
Park Jin Young will play Lee Ho Su, a seemingly flawless lawyer at a prestigious firm. Even though he seems to have it all - good looks, talent, and a seemingly ideal life, he's secretly struggling to live a normal life. He was also the lover of one of the twins when they were in high school.
