The upcoming ENA K-drama "Riding Life" confirmed its official casts
Lee Ha Nee will reportedly join hands with Song Hye Kyo and Gong Yoo in a new K-drama by writer Noh Hee Kyung.
According to various media outlets on July 15, Lee Ha Nee has been chosen to join the cast of the upcoming K-drama Show Business. The K-drama was first offered to Song Hye Kyo, Gong Yoo, and AOA's Kim Seol Hyun. They are all reviewing the casting offer.
Meanwhile, Lee Ha Nee's side hasn't given their statement regarding the casting news yet.
Before Lee Ha Nee stars in Show Business, the actress will first appear in the upcoming K-dramas Aema, The Fiery Priest Season 2, and possibly be Klaus 47.
This year, Lee Ha Nee returned to K-dramas with the hit MBC series Knight Flower. She worked alongside Lee Jong Won, Lee Ki Woo, Kim Sang Joong, Park Se Hyun, and Woo Kang Min.
She also starred in the hit movie Alienoid: Return to the Future with Ryu Jun Yeol, Kim Tae Ri, Kim Woo Bin, Yeom Jung Ah, and Jo Woo Jin.
Lee Ha Nee is known for starring in the K-dramas One the Woman, The Fiery Priest, Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People, Please Come Back, Mister, Pasta, and more.
The upcoming K-drama Show Business will be the next work of director Lee Yoon Jung (The Lies Within, Cheese in the Trap, Coffee Prince,) and writer Noh Hee Kyung (Our Blues, Dear My Friends, It's Okay, That's Love, That Winter, the Wind Blows, and The World That They Live In). Studio Dragon will produce the upcoming series.
It will reveal the happenings and growth of the show business world after the Korean War. It will also reveal the story of a star on stage and the people that help the star to shine. It will be a period K-drama that is set in the background from the 1950s to the 1980s.
There are no details yet on the character that was offered to Lee Ha Nee.
