"Duty after School" actor Kim Su Gyeom to join the cast of "Dong Jae, the Good or the Bastard"
Kim Young Kwang will reportedly join Lee Young Ae in a new K-drama produced by Wind Pictures.
On July 18, media outlets reported that Kim Young Kwang would join hands with Lee Young Ae in the new thriller K-drama Eun Soo Good Day.
Kim Young Kwang's side hasn't responded yet to the casting reports.
If Kim Young Kwang decides to join Eun Soo Good Day, this will be his third upcoming K-drama.
The model-turned-actor is set to lead the upcoming Netflix original K-drama Trigger with Kim Nam Gil, Woo Ji Hyun, and Gu Hyun. He is also expected to return to the K-drama version of Mission 2: Possible. He will reportedly reunite with actress Lee Sun Bin.
Aside from K-dramas, Kim Young Kwang will also be active in films. He will star in the upcoming movies 50 First Dates and Comeback Home.
Eun Soo Good Day is a thriller K-drama that tells the story of Kang Eun Soo, an ordinary housewife who accidentally gets a hold of drugs that fell on the road and becomes part of a drug business to earn money for her husband's treatment.
The upcoming K-drama will be the next project of director Park Hyun Suk (Song of the Bandits, Hometown, Stranger Season 2, and more).
Kim Young Kwang received the offer to play the character named Lee Baek. He is an art teacher at the middle school where Kang Eun Soo's daughter attends. He seems perfect and innocent on the outside but he has two faces. He is a teacher and also a drug dealer who supplies drugs to rich people at a famous club in Gangnam.
After an unexpected incident, Lee Baek will be Kang Eun Soo's drug-selling partner.
There is no confirmation yet on the broadcast channel and airing of Eun Soo Good Day.
