INFINITE's L (Kim Myung Soo) Struggles to Make His Way in the K-drama "Numbers"

MBC's upcoming Friday-Saturday drama, Numbers, is finally lifting its veil today, and ahead of its release MBC has released a highlight trailer. The K-drama Numbers follows the journey of Jang Ho Woo (Kim Myung Soo), a rookie accountant with a high school diploma who stands up against corrupt practices in the country's top accounting firm. 

Through his unconventional yet principle-driven approach, Jang Ho Woo strives to redefine what it means to be a true accountant. The drama is highly anticipated due to its unique and fresh portrayal of the accounting profession, never been explored before on such a huge scale. 

The highlight teaser portrays Ho Woo and his arduous journey in the nation's top accounting firm as a rookie accountant. Despite having exceptional skills, he faces prejudice and fails to earn recognition among his colleagues due to his educational background. 

However, when challenged by Han Seung Jo (Choi Jin Hyuk) to prove his worth as a team member, Jang Ho Woo's corporate life takes an unexpected turn. 

Fueled by determination and an unwavering commitment, he excels in various tasks and responsibilities, from mundane photocopying to complex financial analysis to cleaning the office. However, rather than receiving acknowledgment, he is belittled and given the nickname "Jang Hogu (stupid)".

Along the way, Ho Woo stumbles upon an important set of documents in Taeil Accounting Firm, which he exploits to his secret advantage. Notably, a scene shows Ho Woo's profound desire to become a dominant figure in the accounting firm, leaving viewers intrigued about his true motivations.

The drama further entices viewers with the dynamic relationship between Jang Ho Hoo and the ace accountant of the Taeil Accounting Firm, Han Seung Jo. 

Their relationship, fraught with complexity and concealed agendas, hints at a larger revenge plan. 

Adding a touch of vibrant color to the austere world of accounting firms is Jin Yeon Ah (Yeonwoo), Jang Ho Woo's mentor and senior associate. Yeon Ah guides Ho Woo through the world of accountants and supports him on his journey. Particularly delightful is the amusing dialogue between the duo, where Ho Woo asks his mentor, "Who do you like" and Yeon Ah replies, "Han Seung Jo", fueling his anger.
