Both FLs pretend to be mentally disabled/ill in order to achieve their goals, both MLs are wealthy men who take them in, unaware of their motives.

Both MLs are rich and either disabled or ill, FLs have secret motives and pretend to be mentally disabled.

Both dramas have the same plot - FL faking mental disability to achieve her goals, both MLs wealthy and disabled.

Same premise. For certain reasons, the FL pretends to be stupid and the ML pretends to be crippled. They have an arranged marriage and eventually fall in love.
