Same similar relaxing, down-to-earth vibes as Recipe for Farewell.
The topic is coffee, and there's no serious illness, so it's a bit lighter to watch as well.

Both are about a happy stay-at-home- husband who takes cares of the house and the family. The wife is a working mom. Both show a rol reversal in the patriarchal and traditional positions within a family dynamic and couple relationships.

Mr. Housewife is a comedy while the tv series is a drama about dying wife with cancer.
