"bad and crazy" is about a corrupted lawyer who turns good and starts fighting for justice similar to "military prosecutor doberman" in how a corrupted prosecuter turns good and decides to take down the bad guys.

When I wach both dramas I could feel simmilar filings and inspiration

Both are dealing with corrupt governmental departments, military defense and the prosecution central.
There are funny and humorous scenes in both.
The bad guys are evil and greedy.
