Lu Xun is showing a lot of affection for Wei. He makes soup for her whole family, teaches her how to shave and even provides her with a lot of blood donation cards. Wei's sick father will finally be discharged soon because his operation went successful. Further, the two boys- Xun and Chong plan to confess their love for Wei. Chong makes a grand presentation but he is rejected. Wei tells him that she loved him once, but in that parallel universe, they could not be happy together. So, she is letting go of him this time. This grand confession scene goes viral and even Xun sees it. Disappointed, he backs down thinking she has accepted Chong's love.
