Everything just perfect.
I don't even know where to start: this drama is just perfect. Ohm and Nanon chemistry is hard to be found: they just express the feelings like their own. Nanon's acting is pure talent, same about his music skills - I'm in LOVE with the OSTs he sings.Even though the plot might be very simple, it just doesn't get boring at all. Everything is natural, spontaneous: the two main characters grow up together, exploring their insecurities and getting more and more comfortable with each other, yet never losing the roots of their relationship.
The kiss scene is one of a kind. You can feel the contrast between Pat and Pran: Pat is just enjoying the moment he dreamt for, while Pran is suffering for the love he never got to confess. And you can see this all just looking at them kissing: it's both soft and intense, when Pat grins and Pran just bawls his eyes out.
The ending is bittersweet. But that's fine, it suits them.

If you don't watch this, you are literally missing out one of the best things ever.
I respect the Bad Buddy Series Team for creating such a beautiful masterpiece. The most iconic BL drama in my opinion. I don't think any other series can ever surpass my standards after Bad Buddy. Everything was beautifully done. There were no stereotypes, no toxic relationships, no forcing others to accept; it was pretty realistic. The acting was superb. I felt connected to each and every character. Couldn't hate anyone, and even if I did for a short period of time, loved them anyway. Y'all know, how every series or movie advertise products in their dramas, I don't like that, but Bad Buddy changed my opinion. I loved the way how they portrayed the advertisement without me getting mad at it, rather I was happy. The actors gave their own touch to their on-screen character. I salute the whole team. I couldn't stop smiling whenever I saw the episodes, like it was so tough not to smile by seeing them. There were times when I cried a lot thinking about "What would happen next" , this is how powerful this series was. Chef's kiss, I would say.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

A New Standard
Bad Buddy might have a rather cliche plot, but it was executed very well, from the acting to the aesthetic shots. I usually don't mind cliche plotlines, as long as it is done well, and this show is a good example of that. I like how they also diverted from usual plotlines and actually showcased a healthy relationship with good communication and understanding of their partners. I think that this is quite rare to see in any genre of drama, where there are forced kisses or pulling of their partners that is meant to be seen as a romantic gesture. So I'm glad that Bad Buddy really showed all signs of a healthy relationship.First of all, the acting was really good, from the entire cast, not just the leads. Of course Nanon and Ohm delivered, they made me laugh and cry with their natural acting and great chemistry. But the rest of the cast delivered as well, most notably Jimmy. Though his character was kind of a douche, Jimmy's acting was great and I was genuinely pissed off at him for like a week until the next episode came out. But yes, the acting is great in this show, not just amongst BL dramas, but in general. The actors really immersed into their roles and delivered.
I really liked the music, especially Just Friend, but I'm really strict with music so I gave it an 8. But still really nice songs in general.
In conclusion, Bad Buddy has a plot that many of us have watched before, but it pushes the boundaries in terms of its portrayal of a healthy relationship and addressing issues with certain problematic cliches and storylines. If you are watching it, get ready to go on an emotional rollercoaster. The good thing is that with the entire series out now, you don't have to cry an entire week before the next episode makes you feel better.

One of the best BL's I've seen
Bad Buddy is absolutely one my favorites. This series may have a silly production with a few funny sounds but it can get really deep with their dilema of being rivals or lovers and the mix of music. Ohm and Nanon were espectacular actors in this and the director made sure they had the best chemistry ever. Actually all the characters are very interesting and the secondary couple is so surprising and I love everything about it. ..................................................................................................................................................................Esta resenha foi útil para você?
A must watch! Let us all fall inlove again… :)
This series is so realistic, fun, and full of love… It will give you hope in love again… The actors gave us an outstanding performance - very genuine performance… Both of the leads portrayed the characters as if they are real people not just a fictional characters… The director is a very good story teller… The way how he maneuver the scene brings us a to roller coaster of emotions that made better understand the characters of the story… The script is very current and relatable, although this is a Y series but I believe anyone can relate to topics and issue presented…The side stories are very relevant and really add color and dynamics to the main plot… Kudos to the cast and crew of this series… a job well done… this series deserves to receive peer reviewed awards…Esta resenha foi útil para você?

The Ultimate Hate-to-Love Story
I absolutely loved this series. It's a classic story, almost a Romeo and Juliet (Or Julien in this sense). The family's hate each other, they live right next to each other, Pat and Pran from the moment they were kids were always competing with each other... until they weren't. I love how at the beginning they were technically already becoming friends, they just have to put on this façade for their parents.Pat and Pran are now one of my forever stan couples of BL. Their chemistry of this entire series was one of the greatest I have seen, (and trust me I've seen a lot). I came into the series when episode 4 already aired and I'm glad I watched it. This was definitely the highlight of my Fridays.
And the song that goes with this series the one that Pran sings in episode 11, a masterpiece.

Bad Buddy is the Best*
I almost didn't write a review for this show because it's the best one I've seen yet. All the other shows I've watched I had some sort of nitpick to record even though I liked them. While here's a show I had no lingering nitpicks for, and almost didn't share my thoughts. The chemistry between the mains is top notch. It feels so real, and I loved watching them in every scene together. I was pleased with all the plot points and how they affected the ups and downs of the relationship.
The acting in this series is so on point that I could pick up on subtle hints at emotions that turned out to be true many episodes later. It was quite validating to know that I accurately read many things from the beginning, despite the language barrier and just reading subtitles.
There was also an adorable side couple that was too cute. It was a nice contrast to the occasional turbulence of the main couple.
I also really appreciate the interactions between the mains and their parents. I feel like the confrontations were good examples of teaching moments about what sort of parental behavior is unacceptable.
Product placement aside, I was actually mildly impressed how they managed to logically work some of the products into scenes that were meaningful. And hey, those products are what funded this wonderful series, so I can't hate them for it.
If you want a fluffy, cute, overall good drama, this is a great one to watch.
*This is the only series I was tempted to rewatch and it's just as good the second time through. Nothing is lost knowing what's going to happen. Top tier series.

It Has Been My Pleasure.
Let me start by putting it very simply: - "Bad Buddy" is one of the best series I've watched since "I Told Sunset About You" (and ITSAY is one of the best series ever made, IMO). It's very difficult to separate and break down the various facets of the show because they all go so well together. The casting is sheer perfection. Nanon Korapat and Ohm Pawat complement each other in a manner that few actors can achieve. Their chemistry is off the charts. Not a single false step along the way. You watch the characters grow and mature – from secret tin-can-phone buddies to working adults who come to terms with their relationships with each other, their families, and their friends. BTW, kudos to Pattamawan Kaomulkadee who plays Pat’s mother. It’s one of those tricky parts that should be what I call a “non-part”, but in the final two episode she manages to pull the entire Pat’s Family storyline together without saying more than a dozen words. On the topic of the supporting cast, what can I say? It’s a two-man show, and the supporting actors hold their own against these two powerhouses.Speaking of actors, let me just say, I’ve been following the careers of these two recently and Ohm Pawat never fails to impress. I’ve been a fan of his work ever since I saw him in “He’s Coming to Me” and I don’t think he knows how to give a bad performance. Nanon Korapat, on the other hand, wasn’t one of my favourites, having first seen him in “Blacklist” in which he barely changes expression from scene to scene, episode to episode. As a matter of fact, when I started watching “My Dear Loser: Edge of Seventeen” I remember thinking, “Not this guy again…” And he was wonderful in that! Now when I’m watching him in “Bad Buddy and “55:15 Never Too Late:” and I can hardly believe it’s the same actor from “Blacklist”. He is brilliant in both series while playing two completely different characters. Bravo!
As for the rest of BB: - the story and screenplay are a great reimagining of the “Romeo & Juliet” tale (with a happy – and a believable – ending) and the director Backaof Noppharnach Chaiwimol does an incredible job of bringing the whole thing to life. I waited over a year for “Bad Buddy” – occasionally thinking that it must have been postponed or cancelled due to all this COVID madness. To say it was worth the wait would be the understatement of 2022.
Hats off to everybody – and I do mean everybody – who brought the story of Pat and Pran to life. You guys should be very, very proud.

Now l know..why it is different..
After watching this series I was really thinking of writing a review..among the bl series i have seen this seem different.Story: even though the story and place were common, the way it was presented was different. The writer and director has done a good job in it. Normally, dialogues gets too cringey to the rate to puke in other bl series when the main leads start to be in a relationship but here it was not cringey as i thought . The story was not dramatic ( which i really hate ) and main leads maintained a healthy realtionship by understanding each other and solving the problems together(Which i really liked :).
As everyone discussed there was a sentence in other bl series like, ' i don't like men.,but i only like you' that is seen normally in bl series which i think is bulshit.I also i liked the way it was ridiculed.
Acting : the acting was good , especially nanon' s ,he acted well. The kiss scene in 5 the episode was really beautiful and intense at same the time. I could understand the feelings of the both main lead and how difficult is for them to be in a relation. The chemistry between the two was awesome ,it was too real. Ohm also acted well as usual...the cast was perfect and supporting cast have also done a good job in this series.
Music : i liked the way the music were connected to main leads. Music also played a role in developing their realtionship.
Overall : overall i could say it was a good series. For some it may be not . I hope this series may change the perspective of other bl series like making it too dramatic, cliche and cringey dialogues and also i hope i could see more series like this !

Best BL ever
I don't normally do reviews, however for Bad Buddy I'll do a review. This drama is a must watch! No toxic relationship, amazing communication between the couple! And the ending is just perfect! I 100% recommend! You will not be disappointed! I have rewatched Bad Buddy 6 times already and i still enjoy it as much as i did when it was airing! I just have to ask you to give this show a chance, because i promise you will not regret it. I rate this as a 10 out of 10 stars. Oh! And the best thing is no cursed 11th episode! I completely enjoyed this series!Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Best BL Series Produced by GMMTV
Fresh concept, good looking cast, GREAT ACTING!, Highly relatable, TWISTS!This is my favorite BL series from GMMTV so far. The story is familiar yet fresh at the same time. Ohm and Nanon are the best actors in the artist roster of GMMTV. Pairing them is the best decision that the production company has ever made. I love how the director maneuvers the story to directions that will make the audience want more. At first, I thought that the number of episodes are not enough to provide a sensible resolution to the conflicts in the story however, THE ENDING hit me like a hydrogen bomb! Amazing is an understatement as to how the story was delivered. I also love the OST of the series. Ohm and Nanon are really talented and they deserve to have another series together.
