Both have a possible romance storylines between a secretary and her boss (former or not).
Both juggling with work-related company issues.
Both male leads have a terrible temper.

-Workplace romance in corporate setting. Focus on entrepreneurial spirit
-FL works as a secretary and dreams of a more ambitious role but her demanding boss refuses to let her go. Finally decides to leave and start on her own. In MOMO the FL and her boss end up in a relationship

As in both dramas we can see TSY making her own carrier path coming out of what she has been doing for a long time.

Similarities:
-Office romance.
-Leads start really not liking each other; butting heads.
-Stubborn leads.
-Lots of comedy.
-Multiple couples.

I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

- Both dramas center around a modern day independent woman and show her growth within a professional setting
- Both portray biases against working women and the FL who tries to overcome it,
- Both have ML in positions of power telling FL they won’t succeed but secretly keeping an eye on them and helping them grow
- Both show a mature relationship between FL and ML
- In both dramas the FL is played by the same actress, SML is also played by the same actor

1. Very similar in the sense that they are both very technical, detailed and realistic wrt to the subjected industry…. One of them is in business trading, while the other is in a newer industry which has recently become the top pick of a lot of graduates… fund management/venture capitalist.

2. Highly recommended watch for those university students/graduates pursuing a career in an office environment regardless of industry (bank, tech company, trading, insurance, pharmaceutical etc). In short, a white collared employee. Misaeng being more general whilst MoMO is niche and specific to venture capitals. Reason being is it provides a lot of advice, tips and guidance which you wouldn’t learn at school and neither at home.

3. Provides a bigger picture than just from a graduate perspective… it provides a vision to what happens in 10 yrs, 20 yrs etc, when you continue doing something similar in an office environment.

4. Both provide insights to a female in a workplace setting. Unfairness, bias, prejudices and how to go about them.

Differences: MoMO has a romance theme, Misaeng does not.
: Mainland culture vs. Korean culture.
