Drama is worth to watch except the final
So... Okay the drama was very good actually. I mean It was funny and sweet... but whats with the final? It was so bad i just didnt understand the point of Jun's death and his comeback. Like why would he make everyone belive that he's dead for 5 years? it was pointless. It could've been better.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
AMAZING until the last episode
I never watch unfinished dramas but I started it because to be honest I needed background noise and thought it would be rubbish. I was very wrong and became hooked...there's a plot twist I did not see coming and I dont think any other watchers did either. BUT where there's a high there's a low the story became less interesting but the romance between the FL and ML kept it going up until the last episodes where you end up screaming crying and swearing for an hour to get a mediocre 4 minutes of joy and then boom it ends.I will probably rewatch but skip the last episode it dragged down the entire drama

That escalated quickly.
This started to sickening sweet, I should have known something was up. I started watching this and absolutely loved everything about it. When it was revieled that Jun was a highschooler I had to put this drama on hold for a bit because it just felt cringy. But low and behold I was craving some sweetness so I picked it back up again. I found myself reading the episode synopsis to remember where I had left off and read some spoilers I really shouldn't have and just ended up skipping around epsiodes. So I ended up starting back up at episode 15 and literally felt like I had been punched in the gut and then Jun was dead. And that really hurt because I always need a HEA. I mean, real life sucks. I need my fictional worlds to make it all better!! So the last few minutes of the final episode really threw me for a loop. And it was so random and abrupt that I didn't believe it. Why? Like... seriously...why. it felt like they set out to hurt me. Once I got over the initial shock I just felt let down. If you're gonna bring a man back from the dead give me more closure damnit! I wanted to see more of how their relationship progressed after 5 years. I will say minus that huge slap in the face. Everything worked so well here. Loved how the story and background interweaved.I actually went back and rewatched this from beginning to end and knowing how it ends somehow allowed me to bask in their love even more.

First half was amazing but then it went sadly downhill...
*SPOILERS ALERT*I really don't know how to rate this show. I started this knowing how it ended because I love the main actor and I wanted to support his work. The characters, the relationships between all of them, the setting, the ost were in fact all great ! I fell in love with what stared as a heartwarming show but halfway through it started to lose this wholesome vibe that was promised at the beginning.
I think it's the moment when Rara learns of Jun's past that it went downhill for me : first he's locked up for a month by his parents, then Rara decides to break up because she wants him to concentrate on his exam, then it's Jun who wants to break up with her because he learns that he's sick and he's not even honest with Rara ! He manages to fake a relationship with another girl to make her give up and he's not even sorry about that when she learns the truth ??! Also you have your bf suddenly breaking up with you without much of an explanation (he apparently "fell out of love" that's it), you discover that he's in a relationship with another girl then that he's gonna go abroad without a word for you and you're not even mad ?!
We don't even talk about the famous 5min "happy ending" that the writers gave us. I mean the main story in this drama is the romance no ? And you have the nerve to have the characters reunite in 5 min after the female lead thought that her bf was dead for years ?! I know it was already criticized in many comments before mine but it was so surreal that I can't help but want to vent my frustration here too... The show started with the dad's death then ended with the grandpa's and the bf's (if we don't count the last 5 min). What a wholesome show really ! I know life isn't all glitter and unicorns and all that but please... Instead of a possible death we could have Jun's dad against their relationship or a distant member of Rara's family who appears suddenly and wants to take her with them ! It's cliché yes but at least we would have the time for a proper happy ending, the main core of any romance show ! And we could have Rara fight for her happy ending with Jun because I still thought she was a little too passive concerning her relationship with him even at the end so it was kinda disappointing to see her demanding barely any explanation or show any real anger or whatnot... And maybe it's my hopelessly romantic heart that's talking but I really wanted the drama to show them married, and use the teacup set that Rara wanted to use with her future husband... Because why make her say that if it's not even showed or hinted at at the end ?
It's really a shame that such great actors were involved with this mess of a ending. I will still give this a fairly high rating because of the actors and production. I'm just sad it couldn't be a new favorite of mine because of those last few episodes...

cute!
This is a cute story regarding the age difference between the female and male lead. I believe that Age is only a number but my belief is not to date someone older than your eldest child that is if you have children. Ok, I got off target, I love the lead actor and actress, they made me emotional in their acting. I have a question for all those in South Korea, do the parents still control their adult children of whom they should marry or love and their career path? I love the storyline of this drama using music. That grand piano in black and red was simply beautiful. This is a re-watch for me but at a later date.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

I started this drama because I saw that this was a lighthearted one and I was curious. It seems simple and a breeze to watch., the premise being a rich, bright, and optimistic, naive girl Go Ah Ra who was supposed to be married cut her marriage short when she was left with bankruptcy, her father's death, and all the shenanigans. She runs away takes the money she has to start her life somewhere and look for Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol (twinkle, twinkle little star) who has been supportive of her. There she meets the male lead, Sun Woo Jun (Lee Jae Wook) because she lost all her money as she met an accident so she was a bit dependent on him. What I liked about the drama is that their chemistry reminds me of Nodame Cantabile which I love very much. The story is simple, funny....nothing new there. What confused me though is the ending. It was supposed to be a lighthearted drama, sure there were conflicts here and there but the fact that they injected the illness is just plain weird. Plus, letting the female lead think that he's been dead the whole time (for 5 years) suffering from heartbreak then returning like nothing happened? I dunno, it seems the ending is a bit rushed. this drama messes with your feelings
if you want a hopeless romantic story HERE IT IS. the story was intertwined from the beginning and honestly I didn't expect it until they were revealed. I loved the story, it was so different with the way things were executed. a rich girl about to get married but her dad dies on that day and she goes bankrupt so they don't want to marry her anymore and she gets left to live on the streets (sorta), but then she goes to find this online supporter in Eunpo and the magic starts there, or so we thought. everything after that was beautiful until the end.these plot twists came outta nowhere and my feelings were messed with LIKE WTFETFETF. I swear I cried for a whole episode straight and then they hit me with another plot twist for WHATEVER REASON.... anyways I'll still give it a pretty high score if we just forget about the emotional trauma the writers decided to put us through.
id rewatch to get all the hopeless romantic feels again because HOW ADORABLE IS THE ML. when his whole story with her just slowly unravels MY HEART JUST FELL IN LOVE.
this drama has the friendship, the relationship, the drama, the plot twists, the humor, side characters, and love triangle. rewatch value: high, recommendation value: only if u want like a lighthearted drama thats different and cute but then id give warning about the end (I seriously thought it was gunna be a sad ending...)
OH SIDE NOTE: when Jae Wook first came onto the screen, THAT CURLY MESSY HAIR LOOKS WAS SO GOOD, I was slightly disappointed that they didn't style that more often on him in the drama

Even if... loved it till the end
Just loved it as a whole. Lee Jae Wook is one of my favourite actors, I didn't really like the idea of Goo Ah Ra, because I hardly ever finish dramas with her in it, but I was plesantly surprised. As for the rest of the cast and all of their acting I really liked it, they really were giving their best. The plot was great and all, for me a little to many things that were unnecessary, and the ending was just weird. But overall I liked the mood the drama had, that's why I think it's worth re-watching and gave it a whooping 9.5 stars.

This drama had everything to do well and the writers simply decided to go crazy with it
First of all, the beggining. It was all so lovely, we could really sympathize with Rara and everything that was going on with her life, she was abandoned by her fiance, her father died, she went bankrupt and ended up without a place to live. Till there its dramatic, i know, but they're all stuff that can happen, and for a kdrama the dramatic lart was very good. Then Jun helps her, she makes friends, she's able to open a businesses of her own, honestly I thought the biggest plot of this drama was going to be that stalker thing. Then we find out about Jun's story, I could hardly swallow that because he was still a minor, but Rara kept her distance and he they managed everything till he became off age. OKAY. THEN the boy got cancer. Seriously I think the wristers just had a lot of ideas and couldn't decide which ones to use, they just kept putting the characters through trauma after trauma. I would still get it if Jun actually died, I got really sad and the whole thing like the letter and his mom going to see Rara, I was sad but I could understand that, but he pretended to be dead for FIVE YEARS. Jun was a character that cared so much about other's feelings and then he lied to everyone for five years?? Doesn't sit well with me, they could have had a perfect ending together. But there's still some stuff that I absolutely loved about this drama (before the story got a mess)
Jun and Rara's love and care for each other: they loved each other so much, you could see how much they cherished each other everytime they were together.
Doctor Cha: I thought the only use of his character was going to be to be used in a love triangle, but that was not it at all. He was living a sad life, got away from everything. He got a crush on Rara that's true, but the moment she said no he never once tried something, he moved on, he respect her. I'm also really glad he got back to his ex-wife. Its not always that people get divorce because they hate esch other, the drifted apart, but they worked they relationship from the beggining for five years after that, its nice to see a drama that shows that side of people's life as well.
Hayoung and Seunggi: they were absolutely adorable. I'm a sucker for friends-to-lovers and the way their relationship was build felt so natural to me. Seunggi always cherished Hayoung, he never hid that, he was always by her side as a friend, he never once let his feelings get in her way. And for Hayoung, once she realized the person she loved was always by her size she didnt change a lot, but it was noticeable how much she liked him. She could not show it a lot, but she loved him just as much. I also loved that they kept their bickering and playfull relationship even after they got married. They were cute af.
Overall, the drama could've (should've) ended a lot better. The cast was good, the acting was good, and the soundtrack and the episode titles always connected to the piano was realy adorable. It's a shame the writers got lost with the story in the last episodes, I wish this drama had a cheerful and wholesome ending :((

A Funny and Cute Drama that might help you realize your dreams and don't give up
if you are looking for a RomCom genre with a full of cuteness and positive vibes with a handsome leading man and cute leading woman, then you shouldn't miss this drama. Also, if you love listening to piano then it really a drama for you.Acting/Casting - For me acting is very important while watching drama and this drama didn't fail to amaze me. all of the cast did they job very well. Go Ara really portray the character of Gu Rara who has a bright personality even though the situation is not good. She has full of aegyo here and she can really makes you laugh. (well it is easy for me to laugh) About Lee Jae Wook, he's not just handsome but really can act well. I fell in love with Sunwoo Jun /Lee Jae Wook that gave me Lee Jae Wook Syndrome for a month hihi. They have a good chemistry with Go Ara. I like Lee Jae Wook portray the emotions he has to show if its sad, happy, shy, inlove, manly etc. He really has a talent for being a good actor. I surely wait for his another new drama. You will never disappoint in other cast too, the ajummas are so funny and helpful with the main character. I love their team work.
Story plot: There's just some mystery at the same a time a hole in the whole story if you already seen too much drama you can easily tell what it is. In my opinion there is some unnecessary scene that shouldn't be in the drama but good job to the writer and to the director that it still the over all result is very good! I dont mind the the hole hehe. You will still enjoy the drama and you doesnt care about those holes. I just wish that they gave a better impact of do do sol lala sol hehe.
OST: Maybe some of the viewer will love the ost but the ost of this drama is not my preference. I only love 3 ost of this drama. But i do love the classical piano that played in the drama hehe.
