Beautifully Orchestrated
A beautifully orchestrated drama! It made me laugh and cry so much, and I enjoyed every moment of it. It started as a fun and lighthearted romantic comedy, but by the end turned into a deep story about wonderful characters and their lives. Every single character in this drama was special in their own unique way, and each one was a pleasure to watch! All the supporting characters had their own story to tell, and not once did it feel like they were taking away from the main characters or were unnecessary. I absolutely loved the adventure this drama took me on! The incorporation of music throughout the drama added that extra touch to it, that made it wonderfully magical and special.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Going well until it landed in cuckoo land
This drama could have easily been one of the best k-dramas in 2020, but for a terrible finale that took a trip to the cuckoo land. The build up of the story was fantastic yet somehow the writer thought for some unknown reasons that he must force his audience to embark on an emotional rollercoaster and snag a finale that leaves you questioning if the writer is okay...i mean like really really okay!!!The cast did a stellar job. Their acting was so perfect but for a terrible execution of a finale. When i began this drama i rated it an 8.5 but but the time i got to the finale, it was a 3.5!!!

The drama was great, loved the beginning, the middle but HATED THE END. It was a “What the F**k kinda ending is this” feeling. After crying my eyes out( I can’t remember the last time I cried in a movie). I was heartbroken. Only for Jun to walk in like he just came back from work. And then you guys ended it without giving us an explanation. And then Ra Ra accepted him quickly. God knows if it was a real life situation, RaRA would have fainted, and demanded an explanation and I she won’t forgive him that easily. God knows I would be angry in tears. I would give you the silent treatment. This was a good drama!!! Very amazing storyline, Great Casting, Great songs,Amazing plot twist but you guys failed at the last episode. You failed to give us closure. Nothing would have happened to you guys if you had given us a fairy tale drama, with a fairy tale ending without tears. God Knows I need something to distract me from the situation of the world. Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Warm music amid rubbish ¤_¤
Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol is a romantic comedy that follows the romance between a wealthy pianist (Go Ara) who loses everything after her father dies and a mysterious part-time worker (Lee Jae Wook).Go Ara plays Goo Ra Ra. She is bright, full of life, and a bit naive. After her father suddenly passes away, she is left on her own as she tries to survive. She maintains a cheerful attitude despite her hardships, and she begins to connect with a man who steps in to help her.
Lee Jae Wook is Sun Woo Joon. He is a mysterious man with many part-time jobs that is a bit closed off and withdrawn. He gets caught up with Ra Ra and finds himself wanting to help her and to have her around.
We then have our second lead Cha Eun Seok (Kim Joo Heon). He’s a nice doctor who takes an interest in Ra Ra and also tries to help her out when he can. He has to compete with Joon for her affections though.
Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol comes from the writer of one of my favorite dramas, Shopping King Louie, and there are definitely some similarities in terms of the basic plot. Rather than the guy having to survive on his own, this time the girl is the wealthy one forced to survive with no money with the help of a kind man who takes her in.
She has a lovable personality too which helps those around her to like her and want to help her despite her high standards. Then throw in a bunch of fun supporting characters and a darker mystery on the side, and well, they sound almost like the same drama!
This one definitely does not execute everything near as well as Shopping King Louie though. Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol is a pretty straight-forward romantic comedy with a large helping of fluff that progressively gets more serious it goes.
The first half is pretty easy to watch with its bright characters and humorous story. While I do think everyone did well and the characters were fine, for me, Go Ara really carried this drama. She was delightful and so full of life. She lights up any scene she is in. Ra Ra can be a bit clueless at times, but she means well and is so kind. Her fun personality makes her enjoyable to watch.
The rest of the characters are also pretty good, and the interactions between them all are a strong point in the drama. This is the kind of show that relies on its characters and the humor rather than the strength of the plot.
The base plot of Ra Ra surviving on her own with the help of Joon is cute. It takes its time as it explores some of Ra Ra’s challenges as well as her budding romantic relationship with Joon. This duo wasn’t exactly riveting for me, but they did have plenty of sweet moments.
Then we have the second half of the drama. This is where the more serious side becomes more prominent as we deal with who Joon is, why he is so mysterious, and another more serious subplot. Surprisingly, a lot of this is actually resolved pretty quickly about midway through the drama.
And that’s where the problem comes in. Not much really happens after that. Ra Ra and Joon face some challenges, but as a whole, the plot really wanders around between various characters and small happenings. A lot of the charm from the first half of the drama was lost at this point. There is still plenty of humor, but the angst definitely goes up too.
I didn’t so much mind that, but I more so had issues with the overall execution of the angsty side of the drama. And in a rare happening for me, I do actually think this drama has a trash ending that I believe many people will really dislike.
So overall, Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol was decent enough. It’s pretty basic as a romantic-comedy that gets more angsty as it goes. It didn’t always feel like a lot was happening, but the story did progress and the characters were appealing to make it a good enough watch.

IT IS NOT BAD!
The Drama Justify all the hype the trailer have shown. It has proven its worth from the first episode to the last episode. As other people justify that the ending is bad, it is not! The last episodes of this drama touch the heart string very well a slow revelation of events, Misinterpretation being explained a masterful change from a joyful mood to a more serious mood. The drama touches the heart string more than you realize.
The acting is always on point perks to the Cast for bringing out the best of the best acting. The acting makes you engage more on the drama especially the Supporting Actors serving as Comic relief making you forget those Serious instance of the drama. The Leads is so immerse to their character you will feel natural on their acting.
Overall The drama really depicts the phrase "Life is an Adventure" different people with different personality, background and story turns into a Family, The story is soo well written that you wont realize that a simple conversation is actually a wish. This Drama is not just the journey of Ra Ra and Jun but also the people around them everything on this drama was well made and how things get revealed smoothly was also what makes this drama shine.
(This is my first review because of how satisfied I am on this Drama I really need to make a review and especially because this is Lee Jaewook's first primary leading role he really is talented)

A cute silly drama but not for all
The starting of the drama is great. I mean it has the right amount of all the emotions. You will enjoy the comedy and heartfelt moments in the start. Then after 5th episode it becomes really silly. The story goes well but there are many unnecessary complications or delays in it.The male lead actor did a very good job. You will love him. He is very young(22yr) but his acting skills are really good.
As for the main actress, Go ara, I never was a fan of her. Never liked her acting. Here the role suits her because the character she plays is a silly one. But I still think her acting is not that good.
The Ending was really bad and not at all satisfying. The problem with the age gap here was that the ML was a minor so it felt weird to me to watch them have romance together.
Overall this was a cute silly drama and you may like it if you don't mind all the things I wrote above.

What a Disaster
I'm really struggling to find the words to describe how I'm feeling. I couldn't understand how such a loving show could have such negative reviews but oh boy does it all make sense now. The show was perfect even flawless. I also did not mind the ending. The ending after the ending now thats messed up. I was so emotionally drained by the time the real ending popped up I couldn't be happy at all. It just left me bitter. I don't know what made me more disappointed. The fact that the ending had no explanations or the fact that they thought it would be acceptable. It was just so bad and poor Mr.Kim. Mr.Kim at the very least deserved a proper send off. I Dont know what to say the ending was a pile of poop.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

I cannot believe the ending!!!
I literally binge-watched this drama in 2 days.It was that enjoyable until I got to episode 14. All the reviews and comments I'd read before I began watching it did not prepare me for the last three episodes. If Jun was going to come back, why have his mum lie about his death and keep lying to everyone for five years? What if Ra-Ra had married someone else? Who lies about their death like that or their son's death? Only to resurface after 5 years and expect to carry on from where they left off? Utter nonsense!
I cannot believe the ending... did not make sense AT ALL!!! I wish I knew what the writer and director were trying to prove.
Rant over, I loved the actors and their acting, the characters and the story up until episode 13.
I didn't like Go Ara in Hwarang (the only drama of hers I'd seen prior) but she totally nailed this role.
Lee Jaewook was amazing as always. It's so hard to believe that he is so young!
Everyone else did a good job.
The piano pieces were lovely, a bit too long in parts but they were a lovely addition.
Skipped over some of the other side characters' parts but it didn't take away from the drama.
I probably would not watch the whole drama again, but would definitely watch certain parts of it.

16 hours is not that long, but if you're watching this, it'll feel like 16 days
If wasting your time is what you like, then please do watch this. It’s only good as a background noise.PLOT
Did someone in the meetings, say to make this drama a bunch of cliches and not even pull it off well? The whole time, i could see cliches upon cliches happening, and just failing to be something. Like a child writing every princess story and including everything from the original stories, making it super cringy and overcooked. Everyone agrees that the ending was not pulled off. They wanted to create a flare near the end, which ratings prove that it sparked SOMETHING, but couldnt pull it off in the end. This drama had no substance, the plot is only good on paper.
ACTING
It was fine, Lee Jae Wook seems to be best, and excel in being a cold and moody character. Im not sure if i like that because there were many parallels between (Sun Woo Joon) and from extraordinary you (Baek Kyung). Maybe similar in characters, but id expect for them to have differences and be able to distinguish, but not the case. This may seem insulting, but Go Ah Ra cant pull off a naive, dumb, rich girl. It just didnt work. It was like watching a older mature woman tryna act cute and innocent and being cringy. It just didnt work and she is a good actress, but this role didnt suit her.
OST
It was okay, i like classical music being incorporated in it, of course its a drama about piano therefore it’ll be classical, nonetheless it was an okay touch. The rest are just mellow, boring songs, and i couldn’t get into any of them. Would not listen on their own.

Unrated by some
I read most reviews and can’t understand the low rating. I found this drama very appealing and well written. The cast was wonderful and storyline carry a good flow. Perhaps some didn’t like the ending, but it did make some sense of why . Overall it’s a good drama and a good watch. The two main leads had good chemistry and although they is a age difference between them , they fit well together. The male lead had those unique eyes that made him seemingly surprised in some of his parts. He did an excellent job in his role. The female lead was very charming throughout the drama, as she played a innocent role of her surroundings. due to her father’s in my opinion the lack thereof of to much protection from him.
The other young kids were very cute, although the female was to bossy and always hitting the guy.
The doctor and his ex was a funny add to the drama and really well mixed together.
The piano music was an added pleasure, nice to have this kind of music in our days.
