In Hua Rong, the daughter of a general, was forced to become the wife of the pirate king Qin Shangcheng. In qing qing zi jin , the female lead was also forced to marry the male lead who was the bandit leader, dong shanjun.

I haven't watched GOW but for that they have the same work hard ML.

No Second Main lead syndrome (Lucky for that)

both couples stay true to each other and always communicate with each other. they help each other solve problems & mysteries. really enjoyed both dramas :)

The second male lead is also in this one. It's a really good show it's like Sungkunkwan Scandal and In a class of her own but with 5 people also the FL cross-dresses as a boy.
