U will know if u watch it. It is pretty similar. The divorce plot. The successful girl and not so successful guy plot with Nita Xia (my fav couple).

Both dramas stars multiple female leads. In “Brilliant Girls”, 5 women with distinct personalities became each other’s pillar of support while they’re experiencing various challenges in life.

It's a similar drama with a focus on a group of female friends. In Brilliant Girls, Xiaoyang WAS sister of Ru Xue so a sibling plot was also included but in Love Yourself its just friends of slightly different age groups. Both of them focus on the growth of their characters both in career and romance.
