Ciência e Sensatez (2018)

Nerd boy meets not so smart girl, they hate each other but are forced to spend time together, start having feelings, have a huge misunderstanding, it's all very sad then a lovely reunion occurs. Standard rom-com territory set against the backdrop of college stress, male egos & female feistiness. Cute, fun, nerdy rom-com drama. Not the best film in the world - has a few plot holes and lacks some character development for the supporting cast but if you want a not too serious, nice, rom-com type of film then you can't go far wrong with this.

Friendship theme. Some cringe worthy humor.

There were some crude moments that I could have happily done without and some of the humor was cringy. This would have been a disaster as a series, but as a movie (& as a free movie!) it was decent entertainment. I liked how it was about inclusion & that the male rivals ended up supporting each other. I'd say that "friendship" was the theme & how people are better together than alone.
