A Fada do Levantamento de Peso, Kim Bok Joo (2016)

Both are super sweet, cute, and simply adorable shows. Lots of couple time instead of draggy stories for side characters.
Both are simply uplifting shows. You can't help but smile with both shows!

In this drama based on basketball (and somewhat on the anime Slam Dunk), a Taiwanese national team basketballer.
Duan Chen Feng, whose world consists of his 2 greatest loves: basketball and his girlfriend, Xiao Xi. They find their perfect world shattered, however, when on the day of his most important match, Duan Chen Feng has an accident on his way to the competition, and paralyses Angel, who just happens to be the sister of Iceman, his biggest opponent since they were young.

To shoulder his responsibilty, Chen Feng leaves school and his basketball so that he can take care of Angel. Xiao Xi, who does not know the reason behind Chen Feng's leaving school and giving up his beloved basketball, is heartbroken and bewildered. At about the same time, Tai Zi, falls in love with Xiao Xi's plucky and determined character.

it is also funny like Welcome to Waikiki and the bond of friendship was shown in this show.
also show friends to lovers just like Waikiki and based on life, romance, and comedy.

very different stories and vibes, but both are romcoms that are somewhat cliche but fortunately very well executed.

Both are lighthearted dramas about friendships and relationships. In both, the female lead is strong and into more "manlier" sports.

Both are light fluffy dramas where friends become lovers. They both gave me a same feeling while watching.
Both couples are bickering couples and they joke a lot with each other. The chemistry is so good in both.
In both the Female Lead is first in love with someone else.
We have an Second Female Lead that loves the Male Lead but he doesn´t love her back.
