Of you love this series, you can go watch the other. Both actors played their role very well in both drama. Grey Rainbow is noth only entertaining but also educational. It spotlights the bitter truth of difficulties that LGBT couples are experiencing and Dear Doctor is a fictional story about the doctor and the grim reaper who have come acrossed once in their past.
The main similarity is that both deals with the confusion and accepting the feelings the MCs have for each other . And the cinematography is pleasant and artistic in both the series. The overall setting takes place in a quite place with tons of natural beauty. It's definitely a roller coaster of emotions.
Both dramas are short and tackle the societal denial of what it is to be in a same-sex relationship sensibly and realistically. I love that they both did not exaggerate the idea with campy tropes. Very unlike most BLs. In fact, BL is a hard genre to put these in when they're fully just lovely stories about queer life in spaces that make queerness a non-option.
