For me both the drama and the movie had the same vibes..
Maybe its the sadness to it, or the music and female singers
And both are set during the period of Japanese occupation of Korea
I would recommend to watch both of them

Both films tell a story of how two very close friends, friendships are ruined after they fall for the same man.

Best friends love the same man.
