They both are based off of starting with having some people killed and trying to find the killer before all of them dies
The stories are very similar..A group of different people have to fight their own fears and demons in their search for freedom. Can they survive the test ?!
"To fight the monster you must become one."
"To fight the monster you must become one."
It also takes place at a school. There is murder and it makes you think a lot and gets you curious.
Sung Joon is the main lead in both these projects. They both are about a murder and suspense. The stories are both located in a school.
These two dramas have different story, and different plot, but both make you think about the way that one becomes a monster. So if you have a soft spot for psychopathic characters like I do, you don't wanna miss either of these two masterpieces.
every time i watch white christmas it really reminds me of death bell. maybe because of the settings (school) and the mystery and stuffs like that
The main question of both: are people naturally born monsters or do their circumstances make them be?
Similar in the sense that both dramas try to figure out who is the person committing the crimes just through clues and the crime scene. :)
Although these shows are different in setting (high school vs. hospital) the main theme of both is the battle between good and bad inner sides of ourselves.
If you like suspense, mystery and psychological dramas, then you will enjoy these two for sure! To start with, White Christmas and Liar Game may not have the same story, but they surely follow the same concept. You will see a lot of mastermind situations, psychological domination, twist plots, a lot of lies said and also you get a lot of suspense when they decide to trust or not a friend or person.
