Strong Woman Do Bong Soon but different...
If you like strong woman do bang soon then this might be the show for you. The parallels between be two shows is very apparent. The mother is the star of the show for my she is an amazing actress and I enjoyed it every time she was on screen. The plot twists can be slightly confusing st times but with a quick rewind to grasp the concept it's nothing to worry about. There is a romance angle, it was alluded too all season but felt rushed at the end. The actual crime execution is interesting though.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
S+
I am very interested with this theme and storyline. I love Park Shin Hye in this drama. Her charisma in this drama is amazing. Her acting skills are also unquestionable. As for his co-star, the guy also has acting skills and also fits his role very well. I don't know this guy but he's great. I also like the atmosphere created between the other supporting characters.
In terms of visual effects, it is also beautiful and indeed quite terrifying to depict hell. However, I am not too satisfied with the execution at the end of this story, but considering that it was played professionally, I can't if not give it a high score.

It's A Long, Long Journey, So Stay By My Side
The Story of Pearl Girl is exactly that--the journey of a young girl, Duan Wu, from slave girl at a pearl farm to a renowned jeweler and businesswoman. It is a remarkable journey, full of all the spice of life--pain, joy, greed, revenge, tragedy--and in the center of it was Duan Wu, who later reshaped herself into Su Ma Zhe.The first half of the drama moved at a good click. Our heroine suffered horribly as a slave and managed to escape. Her dream, as she told Zhang JinRan, the 2ML, was freedom and we see this theme throughout the entire drama.
Duan Wu's quest for freedom landed her on a ship, first as an indentured servant of sorts to the male lead, Yan ZiJing, and later as his friend, partner and lover. But that was only the first half of the journey. She had much to learn about life and freedom.
Yan ZiJing was a hard taskmaster because of his background. He, too, had been an imprisoned child and knew how difficult it was to survive alone. Thus, his treatment of Duan Wu was very harsh in the beginning but we, the audience, see and understand the reason behind this in later episodes. YZJ wanted to teach Duan Wu how to survive and not fall prey to all the evil schemes in the world.
On the other hand, the 2ML, Zhang JinRan was the total opposite--a by-the-book official, one who saw life in black and white, who was intelligent but somewhat naive, calculating enough to see through people, yet was also unwilling to bend the law a little, even to achieve justice.
Both these men loved Duan Wu in their own capacity and supported her as much as they could. Of the two, YZJ understood Duan Wu's yearning for freedom far better than JinRan precisely because he had lived at the edge of danger and death most of his life while the latter was a young rich nobleman who had been insulated from the harsh reality of how slaves actually lived. However, Duan Wu would learn much from both these men as she slowly become the new her.
Right in the middle of the drama, the Big Change happened. Like the proverbial tale of a phoenix rising from the ashes, so too must Duan Wu face the flames of transformation. A huge, devastating tragedy happened and her entire new life she thought she had gained disappeared overnight.
The second half of the story started with Duan Wu going at it alone, making her way from desert to snow to city, transforming into Su Mu Zhe. The journey was a tough one but the price of freedom for her here was
1) independence (and so she must do this alone)
2) individualism (and so she must be more proactive to assert how she wanted her life)
3) innovation (and so she must always strive to be better than her competitor)
What made Duan Wu such a great character to watch was her resilience and ability to move on in the face of suffering. She did not dwell on bitterness or self-pity (not for long, anyway). She climbed every mountain in her way like they were mole hills, learning to adapt to be a smooth and knowledgeable city woman.
Standing in contrast was Cui SiJiu, the antagonist of the drama. Cui SiJiu was perhaps the most interesting character of this story--a tomboy turned concubine, a woman who wanted to run a business like a man, trying to please her father over and over even though he just saw her as a useless daughter. SiJiu was hateful, seeing those below her family's status as ants to be trampled on. We were never meant to like her but her journey was nonetheless an interesting one.
CSJ yearned for freedom too. But her choices toward her goal were rash and cruel. Over and over she was given the opportunity to change and over and over she made the same mistake, blindly blaming everyone but her actions for her losses. The price of freedom, when she finally gained it, was very high too. I myself didn't pity her lot at the end (although many other viewers bawled their eyes out). She had so many opportunities to be redeemed and yet, all she showed was spite and cruelty.
If we looked at CSJ as the other side of the coin to Duan Wu, we see how both women, alone and clever, dealt with what life gave them in entirely different ways. Both yearned to be "free" and their opposing paths (and choices) gave insight on how one could miss out on many positive things of life just because of hate and revenge.
Speaking of revenge, YZJ lived for revenge. And through revenge would he, too, find his freedom.
The journey of our main character, as I said in the beginning, was a long one. Duan Wu fought her way through it. The first half was her fight for basic survival and the second half was her fight for societal survival. Because once you crawl out of the shell in the ocean of misery, you must polish yourself to shine in the river of life. And shine she did.
Cinematography -- The underwater scene in Episode One was worth watching on a big TV screen.
Acting -- Zhao LuSi proved here she could handle any role. She had always excelled in comedy. In Pearl Girl, she also tackled a serious role who went through multiple tragedies. She was mesmerizing with her fleeting changes of expression. Liu Yu Ning gave a strong performance as YZJ, although now the joke among his fans is that LYN's main roles have only 80 percent chance of survival LOL. Special praise also goes to Chloe Xie as Cui SiJiu--she made a hateful character somewhat relatable and in the end, gained redemption. And who could forget the great Wing Man of the drama, Kang Ju?!
Editing -- There were some choppy scenes, especially in the last two episodes. This 40-episode rule in C-Drama really hurts story lines that need a little bit more expansion. The ending could have been smoother with an extra one or two episodes, maybe covering the poison, the two love birds' final days, even the ending where it was just a summary. It would have been nice to see Zhang JinRan, the 2ML be by her side. The current edit resulted in no emotional payoff for the invested viewer at all. It was just lazy storytelling.
There were also parts in the middle that could have been shortened. I heard many of 2ML's scenes were cut. That was unfortunate because it would have made for a smoother finale. As for the foreshadowing--there was plenty of it, so I was NOT surprised at the ending at all. A little bit underwhelming, actually, because why must ALL feminist-focused stories have to have the FL end up alone? That's not the end-game of female empowerment, folks. It's stupid, writers. Feminists need lovers, friends and family too, you know. And if you wanted to foreshadow that heavily, WHERE WAS THE FREAKING PAYOFF? Be brave. Give us the payoff since you dared to crush our hearts.
I rate this drama a strong 8,8

A slow burn beautifully acted that touches the heart!
The reason. I love Japanese dramas is because they (in general) carry so much more weight then their Korean counterpart. Whereas Korean dramas are like a good dessert that look pretty and taste good, Japanese dramas are more like a main course.Beyond Goodbye is a slow burn that tugs at your heart slowly as the characters unfold and evolve. The back drop in Hawaii and Hokkaido provides the right balance between hot and cold, and right and wrong! The chemistry between the two main leads is really really good too!
A solid Jdrama that hits the mark mostly. If you're new to Jdramas than you might not like Beyond Goodbye, because it takes time to unfold and care about the characters. But if you give it a chance and like a developing story, then you will enjoy this ride. Just be warned that it's not flashy like Kdramas which I love also. If you want a break from dessert then try this main course!

im giving this a 7.5/10 because its not my type of drama. although it was predictable and overall, i kinda liked it thatway. the fact that they ended up solving everything in their own ways and kept supporting each other like they used to made me cry. after everything they have done to each other they could surpass it and try to start over.i have to admit too, it wasnt the best watch i've ever had and it got boring sometimes but its short and easy to watch. its realistic and i liked that part.

Grand ambitions, disjointed execution.
‒Overview‒Advisors Alliance is Three Kingdoms historical drama that does many things well and may be a terrific viewing experience for many. However, its storytelling and treatment of characters may result in significant disconnect for viewers who are already familiar with the story.
‒The Good‒
- Expensive production with gorgeous indoor and outdoor sets and costumes to match.
- Expansive and gripping battle scenes
- Solid lineup of actors with great performances in various scenes
- Political ploys, intrigues, and dialogues that much cleverer than the average show
- Could be confusing, but also really novel and interesting to those who are not familiar with the story of Three Kingdoms
‒The Questionable/Bad‒
- Not true historical - the drama tries to straddle the line between a prestige historical and a lighter costume drama. But the injection of a lighthearted moments detracted from the gravity of show and interfered with character building of these serious historical figures
- The storytelling often felt inconsistent and fragmented. While the show did a decent job in depicting key moments in history, it was less adept at tying them into a powerful cohesive narrative. The setup and transitions between different events felt unpolished‒even if the scenes are well-crafted, you can't just duct-tape them together if you want to make a top-tier historical.
- The same goes for the characters and acting. When broken down by scenes, the characters and acting are decent, even spectacular. But since the overall character building feels inconsistent, the end result is actually disconnect and disbelief, especially for ones like Cao Cao, Sima Yi, and others where there already exists a prevailing conception. Sima Yi was flattened to be someone who's too loyal and innocent, which doesn't fit his historical or presumptive reputation in the show. Moreover, the time jumps are narrated rather than depicted and fails to depict the important changes to characters, further exacerbating the perception of incongruency. Yu Hewei's Cao Cao was meticulously acted. Yet the show fails to first establish the commendable aspects of this complicated figure, making the power and respect he commanded seem unconvincing. I loved Liu Tao in Nirvana in Fire. But she was unfortunately stuck with a female character that mostly just served as a comedic prop and someone to henpeck Sima Yi.
I dropped at ep 19 even though it's a decent show because I already have a good idea of the story and my appreciation will only go down from that point. Unlike the second volume, 'Growling Tiger, Roaring Dragon', this covers a lesser known and less iconic portion of the Three Kingdom story.
The end result was something that was at times brilliant in tactics, but messy in strategy to use a Three Kingdoms analogy. Overall it was a 7.0 at ep 19. In comparison, Secret of Three Kingdoms, despite some similar problems and some plot issues in later episodes, actually did a better job in crafting more compelling characters and story for the earlier episodes. Of course, the most iconic Three Kingdoms dramas are the 1994 and 2010 versions, which I highly recommend checking out. 2010 version is best for international and younger viewers even though the 94 version is considered the undisputed king in China.
‒Category Ratings‒
- Overall - 7.0
- Plot - 7.5
- Theme / Concept / Impact - 7.0
- Acting - 8
- Visuals - 8.5
- Audio / Music - 8

CENTURY OF LOVE? BABE, IT'S SERVING CINEMATIC LEGEND.
Okay, so when they announced DaouOffroad as the leads, I was like, “Meh, this could go either way.” No offense, but their last stuff was like plain toast—okay but forgettable. BUT HOLD UP. This series came swinging, and I’m here screaming, “Where was this energy before??” Let’s break it down, gurl.THE CONCEPT THAT ATE:
Picture this: 1970s-80s Chinese aesthetic, forbidden love, AND reincarnation drama? Ugh, it’s giving poetic chaos. So, we’ve got San (Daou) and Ms. Wat, who are in love but can’t be together because society (yawn, predictable). They decide to elope, but Trai (the certified villain of this tea) isn’t having it. San, heartbroken and melodramatic, does some ancient ritual to live for a century just to find Wat’s reincarnation. Commitment? Yes. Healthy? Absolutely not. Therapy, perhaps?
Fast forward: San meets Wee, the reincarnation of Wat, and starts spiraling because, oops, it’s a guy this time. And guess what? San goes into full denial mode—until a steamy wet dream rocks his world. LITERALLY. ? My man was like, "Wait, am I into him? Or is this indigestion?" Spoiler alert: it’s both. Throw in a mysterious woman who looks like Wat, and the drama EXPLODES. Love triangle? Yes, queen. Betrayal? Oh, you better believe it. The twists had me gasping, clutching my pearls, and screaming at the screen.
THE CHARACTERS:
Let’s start with Wee (Offroad). Honestly, I can’t decide if I love him or wanna shake him. He’s smart, but also dumb as hell. Like, one minute he’s all family-man vibes (love that he prioritizes his grandma), and the next, he’s making questionable life choices. Boy, pick a lane. Now San (Daou) is the epitome of repressed boomer energy. Sir, it’s the 2020s; being gay isn’t illegal anymore. Stop acting like it’s still 1970. That said, Daou’s acting? ICONIC. He serves old-school mannerisms with a sprinkle of tortured-soul realness. Someone get this man an award, STAT.
Also, can we talk about Pond just showing up out of nowhere as the second lead? Bro, aren’t you busy filming Fourever You? But honestly, he came, he saw, he served. His role added that little sprinkle of ✨drama✨ we didn’t know we needed.
THE DRAMA WE LIVE FOR:
The love triangle? Spicy. The betrayal? Juicy. The emotional tension? CHEF’S KISS. Every character carried their weight like pros, and not a single scene felt out of place. The pacing? Smooth like butter. The plot twists? GAGGED. Especially when the betrayal hit. If you’re not screaming at your screen by episode 8, are you even watching it right?
THE AESTHETICS & MUSIC:
THE VIBES? Chef’s kiss. The 70s-80s Chinese setting is immaculate, from the costumes to the sets. And the OST? I didn’t expect to cry over a love ballad, but here we are. It’s got this soft, vintage feel that perfectly matches the romance and heartbreak. I was swaying, imagining myself in a vintage qipao, living my best dramatic life. I’m downloading it on Spotify as we speak.
WHAT COULD SLAP HARDER:
Okay, imma say it. The bedroom scene. Look, I get it—they’re sticking to the aesthetic, but why does it feel like I’m watching two dolls kiss? Give me tension. Give me heat. Give me the fireworks we deserve. It’s giving PG-13, when I need TV-MA. Like, I get that we’re keeping it classy, but give me something, you know? We’re all adults here.
FINAL VERDICT:
This series? It’s giving everything. From the heartfelt acting to the dramatic plot twists, it’s the type of show you binge and then think about for days. The reincarnation twist was done so well, and the love story is just chef’s kiss. Daou absolutely killed it with San’s emotional depth, and Offroad brought the perfect mix of humor and heart.
Watch it, rewatch it, then force your friends to watch it too. It’s THAT good. And if Daou doesn’t get some awards for this, we’re rioting.
12/10. Now excuse me while I replay the wet dream scene for research purposes. ?

I know that WWWSK is a classic and I’m glad I watched it, but it’s a bit of a hot mess. Park Seo-joon is a beautiful man but there was nothing appealing about his character besides the fact that he’s rich. This was the first show of his I’d ever seen and I didn’t realize what a good actor he could be until watching some of his other work because his character is so over the top. I think what really works for this show is Park Min-young. She is the queen of rom coms for a reason. She has amazing chemistry with everyone she’s ever worked with and Park Seo-joon is no exception. Their chemistry was the main thing that kept me watching the show.
The workplace dynamics were pretty fun to watch. I really struggled with the second Secretary Kim’s romance storyline. Maybe it’s a cultural difference, but that cheap man with one outfit and no personality was so unbelievable as an office heartthrob. On the other hand, I loved Bo ra’s romance storyline so much and I’m sad there was so little of it! I found that couple more interesting than the mains.
The childhood connection storyline started off somewhat interesting and then went off the rails so badly by the end. Everything about it was executed so poorly and it was dragged out so long. The entire brother part of it was the worst and it made me hate the entire family.
WWWSK would have been more successful if it was a shorter show, since parts of it were cute but it was incredibly boring by the end. There was not enough story to fill up that many episodes and it resulted in such drawn out, uninteresting plot lines. The ending also felt very unsatisfying, as it seemed like the whole point for Secretary Kim was to be able to go out on her own and figure out what she wants to do but then they just decided that she didn’t need to do that anymore.

The strength of many
This show is a delightful surprise in an overall lackluster year for Chinese dramas. Much more than an idol romance fantasy drama, this one invites you on a journey to re-examine what true love is - romantic love, familial love, friendship, and even a healthy love of oneself.Ling Miao Miao is our 21st century heroine who enjoys reading novels written by a certain Fu Zhou. She somehow ends up in the world of one of his novels and is tasked with various missions in order to return to the real world. As the story progresses, we learn about the various characters in the novel and particularly about the intense animosity between humans and demons (monsters) that pervades this world. This tension between races centers upon our male lead, Mu Sheng, who happens to be half demon and half human.
Love blooms between the two, but the story is not entirely focused on their romance. We also have our secondary leads, Mu Yao (Mu Sheng’s sister, though not by blood) and Liu Fu Yi, who have meaningful arcs to their characters as well. The fine line between love and hate, devotion and obsession, are explored throughout the show - and it is ultimately selfless, sacrificing love that saves the day.
If there is anything to nitpick, it would be that the female lead never really changes from the beginning to the end, making her story far less compelling than that of the male lead and even the secondary leads. Fortunately, the story is full of rich supporting characters and themes, making this far less a lead-centric tale and more of an ensemble piece, which, when considering the stirring climax where the entire world comes together to save itself, is a fitting characteristic of the show.

Ohm P maybe
I'll grade it as I see it:Ohm P = B-
Ohm T = C
Papang = C+
James = C
Leng = D
Kidnap = D
Reason:
Ohm P is a very natural actor. Even with a terrible script he still manages to bring some charm to his character and tries to elevate a series that should have been better fine tuned before filming. I truly love seeing him on screen so he gets a pass, though even here he seems a bit too relaxed. His talent was wasted here.
Ohm T is also adorable. He is believable as a sick brother and brings the humor which really helps. Again, the script would have someone who had open heart surgery up and about in a few days like nothing happened. They should have chosen a different medical condition. (Idk....Temporary paralysis due to trauma from parents death. With Min going bankrupt due to rehabilitation and therapy bills. Min feeling guilty due to him causing their death. At one of Mhen's therapy sessions he meets Q.) This scenario might have been more in line with the acting level displayed here.
Papang is a very proficient support actor. He can fit in many roles and he did okay. The thing is, the industry probably doesn't see him possessing the 'IT' factor to carry a series. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love him and have never been disappointed with his acting. They know how good he is that's why he's everywhere. I would like to see him more, even as a second lead with something of substance. Another actor's potential wasted.
Title was all over the place with his roles and I do mean roles. First he was Min's agent, then he was part of the underworld, then surprisingly he became a production assistant, then back to being an informant and finally an actor with aspirations of producing his own film. Couldn't they just pick one? You didn't know whether he was coming or going. He brought some comic relief where needed, so he, also, gets a pass. His acting or his roles could have done with a few more workshops.
Leng is new and one of the downsides of the series. Give him time and he will get better but here it was very obvious. He did fit with Ohm but that is because Ohm is a skilled actor. Leng's body language and facial expressions need work. Real hard work. His interactions came across as rehearsed steps and were not fluid. Out of character, he appears to be fun and open with a big dose of charm. Hoping that he can tap into that for future roles. This vehicle was too much for him.
Script - this was a hodgepodge of scenes stitched together with a plot that verred between a love story, a family drama, an action drama and fantasy. Pick two and mix well, not all four. The expectation of it finally hitting its stride never materialized. This is probably the weakest film for Ohm P but as stated before, he is forgiven. Ohm P makes you believe, even a little. Every Friday, Kidnap did not kidnap me, Ohm P did. The terrible script and sub par acting greatly affected the outcome. At the end, the film within the film, saw Ohm's presence shine more than the original film. So that in itself says alot.
It's watchable but no wow factor. Rewatch....Ohmmmmmm maybe.

my two cents
honestly i have not been so active in dropping my reviews on MDL but i had to pen down my thoughts on this one. I did a short review in my X account but i will elaborate here on my objective thoughts of this productiondisclaimer though, as a haoyan fan, i had been waiting for this collab since 2021. altho the drama production was surrounded by many skeptical comments and slanders, it still came out as a drama that was worth it and even rising to be global sensation with the international results it has achieved.
i shall not elaborate on the synopsis but i will pen what i liked and disliked about the drama:
- character development. i love that while this was a female centric drama, the development was parallel for both the male lead and female lead.
> For Zijing, no doubt he was a tragic character, carrying the burden of his family's massacre and tainted reputation and also traumatic childhood being imprisoned by his enemy for 8 years!!! suffering an incurable poison at that. his ending was bound to be a tragic one from the get go but it didnt matter to him until duanwu appeared. he lived only for revenge and was determined to die for it too. but duanwu made him rethink his decision ... from having no longing in this world, to having a reason to live... but by the time he realizes this his days were numbered. however, the ending while they didnt show him explicity dying, it was a realistic one. we all know he died in the end... but its just tragic he chooses to die away from his loved ones and perhaps no one will know where he was buried.
> For Duanwu, she was a consistent character. her spirit is to never give in to fate because she believed that everything is possible with one's will and she proved it from escaping the pearl farm, working her way up the yan trade convoy, becoming su muzhe and making a name of her own in yangzhou. she has a painful childhood, and witness time and again her loved ones leaving her ... but she didnt made revenge her only purpose in life. instead, she used it as a driving force to become better and stronger because as i said, she isnt one to surrender to fate. but what really crushed me was, despite her successes in the end, she lost everyone that were dear to her. especially losing zijing... their love enough wasnt enough to withstand the tragic fate that beholds them. like she said, their ending would have been very much different if they werent born into their respective families.
> as a couple: no doubt the chemistry was perfect! second collaboration always work for me because there's already tacit understanding between the two. also no doubts lusi has chemistry with every male lead she had worked with. plus despite the negative comments on the cnet, she recommended yuning to be her costar for this production. and they are serving both visuals, and chemistry way more than my expectations. i love that their love also grew to withstand time, from puppy love at the start, their fateful separation and getting back together where they live a simple life together... it was SOOO GOOD.
> bonus shoutout to jinran because he was such a good second male lead! he was quite forward with his feelings. but i did felt he confessed at the wrong time. he confessed at the time when he didnt understand duanwu like zijing did and perhaps like how duanwu felt, his affections perhaps to duanwu was only a form of protection, which isnt what she wants. she craves for freedom in her way. but jinran does grow to understand that, and was supportive of her and zijing till the end. rendering help to them as a couple and as individuals and telling duanwu he will remain a brother to her. then wanting to release a prisoner so that zijing can get the antidote.... PLUS PLUS POINTS TO THIS SML!!!
- acting wise : for leads acting were stunning. comparing to their previous works, both acting have improved! especially the microexpressions and using eyes to express their emotions. also, thankful they allow lusi and yuning to use their original voices here. it made their emotional scenes 100000x more relatable. the best & most memorable scene for me was their last scene together. even with the minimal dialogue it worked because they the drama allowed us to see their growth, and how their love went through hardships but they still they could not fulfil a simple promise of being with each other everyday in the end. the part where duanwu was drinking the longevity porridge and fed the first mouth to zijing because that was her wish to him. she fulfilled everything she wanted to but she knows she is losing him and he know his departure will mean forever ... she was begging and my heart was breaking. and for zijing, you could tell he really want to said yes to staying by her side, it was just a simple "ok" but... he knew he could not say it because he was about to die. and that hug was so painful because he achieved his lifelong dream and completed his revenge but he wasnt as fearless as before. he has a reason to live now but its all too late.....
- story wise: i liked that the story was rich and they set a strong foundation right from the start. all the choices made were logical given the circumstances the characters were in that we cant even blame them for it. we are moving with the plot as they moved to different cities. it was a good mixture of comedy, tragedy, familial, scheming, i think the emotions were also well balanced throughout the plot.
on the negatives which i could mostly overlooked but i had to point out:
- i felt the pacing in first 20 eps were better. it seems that the writing & pacing had changed after ep 20. i felt more detached. ..perhaps it was also because they killed off the yan's caravan people which we had grown to like in the first 20 eps. it was quite detaching for me as i couldnt had the same intensity of affections to the new family at Clear Mind.
- i couldnt vibe with the second couple (shijiu and zheng zhiheng), their romance didn't seem necessary to the plot. but the scene where zhiheng sacrificed for shijiu did made me tear a little. but still i think we didnt needed their sub love plot here
- too idealistic successes: this is very apparent if you compared the guangzhou and yangzhou days. when still in the caravan, duanwu had so much setbacks in making it to the business troop. but when she just stepped foot into yangzhou, she was almost able to succeed in opening clear mind immediately by making a bet on huanlang... although she did face problems after opening the business but the way she founded clear mind seem to idealistic to me
- duanwu's relationship with shijiu: i really hoped they remained as frenemies. the whole plot of them becoming besties at the end seems too forced...and awkward for me. but perhaps thats the whole intention of a female centric drama...
all in love, the second collab didnt fail me and exceeded my expectations in terms of the storyline and execution. even though the ending was regrettable, it was the most reasonable and realistic ending given the circumstances and situation that we cant even blame the writer for making this ending! that's very satisfactory for me as there are so many bad endings in cdramas that are uncalled for nowadays. it almost seems like they write BE for the sake of it.
my only wish is for yuning to take on happier roles like haodu, he has been dying too much in his dramas (7/9 of his main character dramas that are not cameos ends up dead) that him acting in pain/ poisoned felt so real. also if possible (chances are slim) i wish lusi and yuning can have a third collab in romcom modern please...........I AM WILLING TO INVEST
p.s i rated lower for the rewatch because the pain was too much for me yet i cant blame anyone for it

This short but unsullied movie, broken into 7 episodes, is surprisingly effective and very entertaining. While a few cringe worthy scenarios brought it down a few notches, there is one big framework that catapults it back up into the stratosphere, making it exceptionally rare for a KBL. This is an obviously low-budget production that has essentially two main characters and only a smattering of other characters. Thus, it is character driven.Sales Team 2 has just received word of its dissolution because of a management crisis. Han U Jin (Jung Jae Bin) is the team leader and must wrap things up with all the partners in a few months. With no one left to assist him, Yun Su An (Jeon Ju Bin) is assigned to help him with closing details. Unbeknownst to Yun, Han harbored a previous fascination with him. For reasons unknown, he has awakened within Han memories of meeting him many years ago while Yun was working at a coffee shop. He became enamored with him then. Han is now surprised and delighted to see him standing before him as his new assistant. Han is rather inept at trying to win Yun’s attention over and comes dangerously close to harassment on several occasions. That indeed could have been handled better. The term ‘awkward’ comes to mind immediately.
