I tried, I really did

Ok, I started watching this show for Jung Il Woo despite reading a few reviews. I liked Il Woo in Cinderella and 4 knights and wanted see another drama of his. Going in, I was sceptical and had low expectations because of the reviews I read. I couldn't make it past 20 minutes of the first episode. Why? Because of the FL -- oh my god, it's such bad acting! Was she trying to act cute and adorable? It came off as if she's high on something. Not even Il Woo's charisma, hotness, and the promise of display of chef skills & mouthwatering food can make me suffer through this eyesore that is the FL's acting. Maybe I am being harsh. Maybe, one day, after mustering more patience, I might give this drama another chance. But not now, not today.

Too Shallow

It begins with someone somehow coming from the future into the past. Everything is very unclear, and events just happen without explanation. The story feels flat, lacking depth and continuity. It is illogical, with things occurring without reason, and the character knows things without any explanation. There is no solid plot, and it lacks quality and coherence. Perhaps it would get better if I pushed through, but as it was too boring and not well-made, I stopped after the second episode. Normally, I enjoy time travel stories, but this one felt too unserious and not funny enough.

Good plot Poor execution

I forced myself to finish the first episode to give it its deserved chance for having a good story plot. Episode one was a total disappointment in acting and directing. Over dramatic on facial expression and too much on romanticizing first encounter. Editing is poor that viewers can tell where scenes was cut and attached haphazardly.
Wardrobe is good and production wasnt lacking.
I feel that if it had different actors, directed better, and edited better, this would have turned out really good.
The lead female and lead male doesnt have a clue how to act appropriately for a specific situation and the director actually let these artists get away with it.
This seems like an insult to the investors of this series and the viewers.
I hope there will be a remake of this series with better artist, director and editor.

A piece of my mind...

I don't know how to start but, let me tell you that I am still in Ep. 5 and I want to share my thoughts while I still have it. This will be my initial rate but, it may change once I finish the drama.

Acting wise - I have no complaints for the cast's acting since they are always brilliant. ML has been my fave for a while now, especially from his movie "tune in for love". He can naturally act, the way he conveys his emotions thru his eyes which is a mark of a very good actor. FL, I haven't had the chance to explore her dramas which he plays main role but, I always admire her in "Love in the moonlight". and watching her in this drama is never a disappointment.
Kang In-Wook (Kim Sung-kyu) undeniably a very good actor since I watched the Kingdom series.

Music score - I love all the songs cause it always gives you the real feeling in every scene, it helps you find the emotions.

Plot - From Ep. 5: I wish it is more realistic. The AI is somewhat questionable, well I got a lot of questions while they are using it. A device is as good as the information you feed them. It seems like they feed them feelings and inner thoughts of Ji Su and it is kinda off for me. This does not stop me from keep on watching it though, I will just ignore and play along as if it is doable. This could be doable if the creator is high and mighty.

That's a piece of my mind on this drama for now. I will sure return to complete my ratings and review. Overall it is enjoyable.

Edit: And I have returned after 24hrs. I have raised my rating to 8/10, some of the plot can be turned a blind eye on it, don't rationalize it :). The story still gives me the warmth and forgiveness. Highly admired Ha Won's character because he is a really kind and compassionate person. He loved with all his heart, know when to stop and move on, not filled with anger and very forgiving.
Seo woo may have the positivity in her but HW has the best character. Go ahead and watch it!

Just finished the first episode. I have to say, the actual series is way better than the pilot trailer. The acting of Ben is way less cringe and more refreshing inbthe actual series. Man actually fits his character quite perfect. He has that professional strict boss who is not an asshole vibe to him. I didn't really have high hope for this series as I didn't enjoy cutiepie the series much. As zee's character seems like a perverte and nunew's acting was rather cringe. And let's be honest, the story of cutie pie the series was one of the worst. Officie romance is hard enough to find on the Thai BL industry. I have read many good bl stories with wider and various range of plot. Age gap doesn't always work. Unless the plot supports it well and the actors portrait it nicely. But the age gap between Pat and Jeng actually somewhat works better here. Can't wait to watch more...

I love this.

I already love this series, and Boun and Prem have SUCH good chemistry together, aaaaahh!!!!!! I have been waiting to watch this series since I first saw them togetherr in Until We Meet Again, for six months noew, and finally here it iss!!!!!! I was not disappointed, however, the music, it is always the same, so like, I would love to see some new music, even though it is good . Also, in the first episode, I get why they show Pharm and Dean, but you know, maybe show a little bit less. I wished New Wongsakorn & Nut Devahastin had their roles EXCHANGED

I also don't know why was Yard Yardthip hired in this one, because she is actually the same type as Ploy and many scenes she is visually too similar to her. The story goes that we have a woman experiencing loss and heartbreak, betrayed by everyone she ever trusted. It's not a cheerful story, so it's kinda important what we have here to balance it up and I'm afraid that 39 year old New Wongsakorn was not enough eyecandy to cheer me up here, lol.

This lakorn was a bit difficult to enjoy. I had to watch Nut Devahastin in yet another sleazy-bad-guy role (why the hell do they cast HIM as that??) he seems cursed with since after 'Ngao Asoke' (where he beat the lead guy to dust). Also, there were many scenes of two femmes fighting (over a guy at that... where is their pride?) who looked almost the same (Yard & Ploy obviously shared the same hairdresser and make-up artist) which looked ridiculous, especially given they were in their THIRTIES (I think PHYSICAL fighting belongs to SCHOOL dramas at the most, lol). Was it really THAT fundamental which one of them would the guy choose?

After mere 4 episodes I got tired with this and decided to move on to another lakorn.

boring

this drama is total rubbish... "tvN" advertises in addition to figuring out what to do with it, "Graduation" the story of a former student returns to the academy as an adult, still seduced by his former teacher.

Are they making a big deal about their age difference??
this drama is reminiscent of other dramas like "hello my teacher" which is much less boring, with the character of Gong Yoo who falls in love with his teacher and who is much younger and the age difference is almost similar, is it that serious, it's not a crime.. ??🤔😄

The first episode is boring, slow, long dialogues and actors overact, and are not credible, personally I would not continue this evening sorry it's a waste of time, there are better dramas to watch...

Watched for Lee Da Hee

Lee Da Hee and Kim Nam Gil are great actors, KNG especially. Watched this because I was bored and the synopsis sounded interesting.

Story
Nothing great or amazing. Entertaining enough but even at episode 4, I feel like I still have many questions. I think this one is more about the action................ though it's not super action-packed either. Meh.

Acting
As mentioned LDH and KNG are there haha. Side characters are familiar faces soooo great. I have to say though, Cha Eun Woo's acting improved HAHA. At least he's showing more natural expressions........

Music
I like the intro! OSTs are appropriate.

Wu Xie is all wrong so it’s a Hell No from me

Honestly? After getting into Daomu Biji via Reunion: The Sound of Providence and then devouring every other adaptation I could find, I couldn’t make it more than two episodes into this one, and it’s pretty much entirely because of Wu Xie’s casting. That’s just not him, and while the actor is fine as far as I could tell, he isn’t remotely the Wu Xie I’ve come to love in the other versions (even the other versions that frankly sucked). He doesn’t look or behave like Wu Xie and since Wu Xie’s character is the whole reason I’ve come to love DMBJ, that was just way too off-putting for me to continue. (Also, you want to tell me it’s been like 8 years since TLT2 and he’s suddenly middle aged??) I wanted to give it time to grow on me but UGH, the whole look and attitude is just so wrong I can’t stand it.

Added to that, Li Cu just wasn’t a compelling character, so no way was he saving it for me.

I very, VERY rarely give up on a series this early, but you can’t mess with my favorite character like that. Thank God for Zhu Yilong is all I can say...

Everything was worth watching till now... Just go for it.. You will love it . Minyoungs acting is on marks same for inwo and also the story is lill bit diff form the webtoon but surely its give more reality vibes . Hope everyone enjoying it can't wait for the last episode already toooo toooo toooo much excited a lil bit of fantasy but you won't notice because of how good they are acting.. Good work to the team.. Please rate it good. And also................. Beans 💖 lov for the queen minyoung she never disappoint can't wait to see inwo and minyoung.. Hope there interaction will be great and great👏👏👏👏
