Can We Speed Things Up A Bit?

Roulin finally gets a well deserved slap. Yay! Made my day.

As pretty as the Beautiful Child song is, it's getting very repetative...

EVERYONE IS GOING TO END UP IN HOSPITAL BY THE END OF THIS DRAMA! Meiyan and her dad are still dumb, but at least they provide a small amount of amusment in this episode. That knife scene killed me xD

I'm betting it was the Directors assistant which leaked the video, he seems nice but we 4keep seeing angry faces.

Finally someone told her adoptive mother about Meili finding her 'real' mother. The truth needed to be said at somepoint. The mum is so badass I love her, can I keep her? "I won't sell my daughter out for glory." My favourite quote. Preach it momma bear. Adopted or not this mum knows how to treat a child.

However it's got to the point where I keep skipping, the story doesn't really seem to be doing anything...

Lies, Lies and More Lies.

Wang Xuan really needs to chill on this whole daughter thing. I mean no offence and I know she's been missing for a very long time, however she really needs to understand personal space.

Finally Roulin gets some payback! Somehow that slapping video leaked, you have no idea how happy that made me. She needs to grow up.

At least Meiyan finally knows wh her sister doesn't want her to work for the Wicked Witch of the West. Meiyan is still dumb af though.

They need to tell Meili's mum about the adoption/real parents thing. You can't hide it forever. Omg.

So much green screen...

It's still not bad, it's just a tiny bit tacky...

As a previous review said the green screens are really obvious, I may have fast forwarded the battle screen... it was not the greatest. I mean, I can appreciate the beautiful costumes and weapon design, but the green screen kinda ruined it.

There wasn't anything especially bad or good in this episode, there are parts I would have done differently, eg; in the ocean scene the music should have been louder then the water noise. But overall it ended with an 'alright' feeling.

Story wise?

Omg. I knew that concubine was fishy. I mean first off her hair is black which doesn't fit with most of what I've Sen in the Ice kingdom. Secondly her son could manipulate fire (I think). I bet he's the fire kings son and she cheated on him. The dates match up. Ahhh!

Who killed the fire Prince? At first I thought his dad killed him as an excuse to rage war.. but I don't know. I wouldn't put it past him.

Getting good now!

Ahhhh this episode made me all tense and nervy!

The first 15 or so minutes made me giggle a lot but after that it got kind of dark. But good dark, the kind that makes you feel creeped out but curious.

We see a bit of back story for the two main leads, the deal with his father makes a little more sense. The whole being taught to read people because he can't empathise with people, makes the way he knows what's wrong with patients much more understandable. I'm not getting happy family vibes from his dad, I wonder why? I wanna know!

This is my first psychological drama and its made my feet tense and uncomfortable because of that surgery scene. It's almost 2am and I need to sleep but I want to watch mooore!

Everybodies Dead Dave.

Okay let me just... let me just get this straight. I just watched 32 hours of a drama which is meant to be about the first female Joseon ceramics who gets kidnapped and taken to Japan, later becoming one of the most talented ceramists ofthe time... and that entire plot boiled down to a ten minute time skip at the end of the last episode. Wow.

I mean the drama was good, although I did start skipping parts, but these last couple of episodes just felt rushed. I would have preferred it if we'd had less competitions and maybe more kidnapping? But that's just my opinion. This episode had good parts, like the reconciliation between her and her half-brother or the self sacrifice she showed. But otherwise had a very disappointing ending. Which is a shame...

Oh yeah, basically all the other characters I like die... apart from Grampa Moon. Doh.

Slightly disappointed...

Well.. I know Asian dramas seem to have a thing for dumb female characters.. but this is just taking the biscuit.

First of all he's like "Wanna be my mate?" and she just kinda stares, judges and then is like "Have a stickers." He's falling in love and if she didn't notice then she's either blind or stupid! But okay. Okay. Accepting that she's just a little bit dumb, I can deal with that. But it got worse OMG.

WHEN YOUR HOMIES ARE BEATING UP YOUR BOYFRIEND DON'T JUST STAND THERE AND CRY SAY SOMETHING! DON'T JUST LEAVE HIM IN A PILE ON THE FLOOR AND BLOODY ABANDON HIM OMG

I hate the writers for this show right now. Women do have brains and if that was me? I would have at least said "Hold up a sec, you just beat the daylights out of my buddy here. Let's take him to the hospital." Like seriously woman. Grow a pair will you?

The only redeeming quality in this episode was the main male lead has shown that he was perfect for this role. He's adorable at being a naive little puppy who lives in the woods. I'm hoping that it is him acting and that he is good at acting when he goes into society. If their going to make the female lead a puddle of poop then might as well make a decent male lead.. maybe.

The scene between the wolf kid and his wolf father at the end was so touching. And fluffy. Don't forget fluffy. That wolf/dog needs an Oscar.

'Meh'

For a first episode I wasn't intrigued into watching the next episode. I want to know what happens but the storyline so far makes it seem as if the rest of the plot is predictable.

I like the characters, the hot ones are smoking and the funny ones made me smile. They seem like semi-decent actors, some things are a little exaggerated and such. The fight scene was pretty cool, the hooded guy is awesome (and hot), but I don't know.

I just finished the episode feeling a bit 'meh'. I'm not compelled to watch the second episode, so it shall go on my drop list until I can work up the energy to carry on watching.

By no means was the episode bad, it just wasn't the most intriguing I've seen :)

Not bad.

Is the guy she didn't meet at the start important?

Her mum is horrible... let your kid live a little, marriage isn't everything in the world. As long as your kid is happy it should matter.. I like her dad though, he's cute :)

The 'prince' of the resort is also a douche bag... I'm pretty sure he paid her for sex he thought they'd had.. but I'm not sure, the subtitles I got weren't the most helpful. The last minute though was awesome, when she threw the money in his face. I know she's gonna regret it, but it was awesome all the same.

Not bad for a first episode.

I am fustrated now.

URGHHH. This episode just proved to me that the mother's in this drama are horribly annoying! Mu Fan is a spoilt brat and Haun Yu really needs to stand up for himself! Argh.

If the characters didn't annoy me so much in this episode I would be happy, BUT THEY'RE ARE ALL BEING SUCH DIMWITS ARGHHHHHHH

It's not a bad episode, it just made me real mad. Thought I should make that clear.

Okay then...

Not the best start to a series I've ever seen.. but it was sweet.. kinda.

Weird is definitely a word to describe it, the town is strange.. very strange.

I don't know if I like it.

101: How to be a dictator

Today kids, we learn about dictatorship!!

Ahh. I knew the last episode was too good to be true. Empress Dowager had to come back and be a little stinker didn't she. AND SHE BROUGHT BI. WHYYYYY? Bi has officially made it onto my most hated characters. I don't think I've ever wanted to see a character die as much as I want her to die... ARGH I HATE HER!

We finally find out the truth about Zhao Lu's mother. The Emperor is hurt. The darling lover Prince is being threatened.

That was one train ride of an episode.

Oooohhh. Shit has hit the ceiling fan.

Bi is such a little whore. Some one just murder her already!! She annoys me SO MUCH. And

On the bright side, at least Royal Concubine Xiao has finally done something nice and is sticking up for poor Lu Zhen! Now all we need is for Lu Zhen to grow a pair, take revenge and become a badass!! Probably not gonna happen though.

Jealousy and Sadness...

2nd brother is a jealous little peanut.

3rd brother is a sad little munchkin

And everyone knows 4th brother is a chick.

I swear this entire show is about how arranged marriages are a bad idea....

How is this meant to finish with 2 episodes left?!

Assangge is such a precious little button.

How did 2nd brothers wife get pregnant? Did they end up doing the do? I don't like her but I felt bad at the end when he said he'd divorce her. Also does she think her husband is gay now?

Lastly, HOW THE FLIP IS EVERYTHING MEANT TO BE RESOLVED IN TWO EPISODES!? SO MUCH IS HAPPENING ARGH.

Assangge is such a precious little button. I think he's my favourite.
