looking forward

A drama that is very promising. I had a lot of fun watching it and I think it will only get better.

The story is refreshing and although it's not necessarily something new I liked it.

The story of the scandal-reporter and the prime minister who don't really like each other but have to bear being together because of an incident is really cool.

The person that I think I will like a lot in the further episodes is probably Kang In Ho (this new guy - staff head or something?). He seems to be a fun and interesting guy and I wonder if he will be second lead character.

Episode 4

This episode was so good and I'm so in love. It's been a while since a drama made me feel like this drama is doing. I'm honestly obsessed and I can't stop rewatching the scenes that I like (mostly the scenes with Hae Soo and Wang So) and reading reviews of the drama because I'm just so in love and can't get enough. Also it was a pleasure to watch So (and also the other princes) continually growing fond of Soo.

Waiting is a pain, but I'm so looking forward to the next episodes and to see how the story will unfold (I'm even considering watching the Chinese version, sigh).

uhmm, yeah ^^

I'm not sure what I expected when I started watching this drama but THIS is definitely not what I thought it would be, haha. What I imagined was that this would be the story of some people and about them facing some problems, but all in a serious manner. And I honestly didn't think that it would be this comedic. Maybe lighthearted but not in this crazy way where my face hurts from laughing and smiling.

And all those sexual puns, omg! I don't think that I've ever seen something similar to this and I honestly am not sure where the story is headed or what is possibly going to happen in the future. The only thing I know is that I'm looking forward to see how the story of each couple is going to unfold and how their interactions will be.

Heartless Episode

I may be mistaken but I think that this was the worst last episode I have ever watched in my entire life. The only thing that made the episodes before the final one bearable was the thought that MAYBE this drama would have a happy ending. Well it kinda had, but after a lot of awful things happened. It didn't make me happy. My heart was broken beyond repair and I couldn't help crying until everything burned (I have acid tears, lol) and everything was soaked with my tears.

I actually wanted to watch 'Falling for Innocence' after watching 'Cruel City', but I am not so sure anymore. I don't think I can bear seeing Doctor's Son and Soo together, but not REALLY together (I think they are rivals?). Their friendship in 'Cruel CIty' was just so precious and if anything, it kind of was relieving to know that none of them had to live without the other. Ahh, my poor heart.

One last thing I want to get off my chest: I was not satisfied with Min Hong Ki's ending.I wanted to see him suffer and go all crazy. Instead I had to endure his annoying face and his ugly fake smile in the last episode (he was shown so much and always doing atrocious things, matching his fugly personality) instead of seeing my lovelies all happy-go-lucky.

But one thing that made me take a breather was Jin-Sook Unni apparently forgiving Soo Min and getting along with her. And I loved her comment on Soo Min's police uniform, although this scene was especially heartbreaking after she's told Shi Hyun that she wanted to see HIM in his police uniform. Oh, my poor POOR heart.

my heart

This episode was too much for me to bear and it made me feel so so bad for Dal Po. He already had to go through so much in his childhood/youth and now as a grown-up he still can't find peace. Because he can't shake off the past that easily and it repeatedly catches up with him, causing him to be hurt again and again. And everytime I see the pain in Dal Po's eyes, my heart breaks a little bit more (wow, I am being a bit emotional right here).

And seeing his brother I can't help but cry out loud because all of this is so frustrating and I am just so angry and it's just so unfair that those brothers couldn't live their lifes like any child would. I honestly really hoped that hyung wouldn't choose this way to obtain justice but I guess we can't help it. I probably should get used to the idea of him ending up in jail or him being dead. Whatever the outcome will be, it won't be nice. And I am sure there will be many tears to flow. Brace yourselves.

bittersweet

THis episode was really good. I liked the story and the chemistry between the characters. Especially the ending when we got to learn that Dal Po is in love with In Ha. That was so so cute and I was so happy until I felt like something really bad was going to happen because the narrator said a few foreboding things, buhuhu.

Moreover the review for the next episode makes me really anxious. I really don't like In Ha's mom and I am really wondering what Dal Po's hyung is up to because I don't want him to do something stupid that could hurt him in the future. Because I really have a thing for him.

PS: No wonder that I like Jae Myeong (Dal Po's hyung). He was Deok Man in "Faith". One of my favourite Woodalchi, eheheh.

owowow

Ok, the ending wasn't exactly what I expected. Actually I am very shocked because his reaction was so extreme (I didn't really get how he feigned his suicide) but it's also kind of understandable that he's hurt seeing that nobody really liked him. But I wonder how he will do things from his current situation. Moreover he put his mangaer in a very uncomfortable situation because for others it could seem like the manager is a traitor which he surely isn't.

I am glad the drama is still keeping me hooked. And honestly speaking one episode flies by so fast. It definitely doesn' feel like an hour.

:@

How come the Gook-family is such a pain in the ass? Honestly they should hold back their evilness and their ill feelings. Isn't it possible to deal with each other without bitch-fighting? Omo, they are making me so angry right now (Seung Hyun I am judging you!!).

It's really a shame that they kind of "spoiled" this episode. It was so cute when the showed Jung Woo and Ae Ra interact with each other.

Still, I am looking forward to the next episode.

how many lives does he have?

Before watching this episode I read somewhere that the prime minister is too evil to die. But I would have never imagined that he'd really revive after drinking the poison. I honestly just hope that he and his children would all die as soon as possible. Uugh.

This episode made me just anxious and I wonder what's going to happen in the next episodes.

Wang Yoo's marriage proposal was really cute but I actually hoped that she would refuse because we all know that she will marry the Emperor later on. That way at least he wouldn't have hope to become her husband. I guess we'll have to see him heartbroken. Well ..

omo omo omo

Honestly, Attorney Kim should've figured earlier that he's still in love with Chief Lee and he should not have behaved like a complete douchebag. He's a really very cute and nice person and I just love the way he's always looking at her with so much love. It is always so heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time because she will never love him back. He messed it up big time. There's no way he could change her heart now. Especially now since she fell in love with Dae Young.

Ah, Attorney Kim is such a poor idiot.

And OMG, the ending of this episode was hella creepy. When Dae Young figured that the victim doesn't have a brother I shivered so much. I hope So Kyung will be alright (I guess she will, but you never know).

bad ahjussi

What's with this ahjussi? I knew that he couldn't be innocent. It would be too strange if he would have just arrived to be unconscious all the time. Then he would've been meaningless for the story and I didn't believe that he was here just to give the students some psychological help.

He was probably also the one made Eun Sung to attempt suicide. Such a cunning character.

I guess he's the father of the guy who committed suicide. But I'd really like to know how he did know that all of the "culprits" would be at school at this time?

After all wasn'T it Jae Kyu who gave the students the letters?

let's get started

Great episode, but there were some things, I windered about:

1.) When Soo and Young spend time together, there is just one word repeating itself in my head - "incest incest incest". There's too much chemistry between them. That's definitely not normal in a brother/sister-relationship. Moreover I found it really strange that Secretary was so shocked that both of them are going to spend the night in a room together and in general this whole talk about them being a grown up man and woman. I mean they're not going to sleep with each other, lol.

2.) Secretary Wang is confusing me. Can she be trusted or not? After all there was this incident where she pretended to take Young to the doctor when they didn'T actually go and there was also this time where she pretended that everything was ok with Young's dad when he was clearly dying. That makes her strictly speaking a murderess.

About the doctor/brain tumor-incident: although Young said that she didn't go to the doctor and that she doesn't believe that she really has a brain tumor she spent time in the hospital and even got treated (that'S what she said in front of the camera while filming herself).

If one believed what Young thinks of Secretary Wang then this woman is thoroughly evil. But when there is only Secretary Wang and nobody around her and she is lost in her thoughts, she seems to be sincere about her concern and love for Young. I really am not sure what to think of this woman.

3.)Moon Hee Sun is one of the strangest characters and I am not sure if I like her or despise her. The only reason for her to be around Soo and his friends seems to be her sister. She is always there to remind Soo that her sister is dead and she doesn't allow him to move on. She constantly reminds him of her and doesn't want him to have a relationship with a living person which is rather rude because it'S actually none of her business.

Other than that: thumbs up :)

Yesssss

For me this was the most enjoyable episode so far and I think that this may be because we got to see Soo Hyuk's and Mi Mo's relationship getting deeper and them spending more time together and because they are now truly caring for each other. I love their dynamic! And they look so good together!

I also loved Mi Mo getting closer to Min Woo and spending so much time with him in this episode. I hope to see them together more often in the further episodes because their relationship is so cute (also I absolutely love future stepmothers getting friendly with their future stepchildren).

If I didn't already enjoy this episode, I was so thankful for Soo Hyuk for being finally honest with himself and for telling his friend how things stood for him and that he respected him enough to tell him that he was in love with his girlfriend.

I truly can't wait for the next episode and I hope that things will keep on getting better from this point on because I really enjoyed this episode a lot and I wish for it to only get more enjoyable from now on.

This is a must watch

I saw a gif on tumblr about this, which made me interested in this special. But I never expected myself to love this as much as I do. I love the characters (especially the main leads) because they're awesome and they also have great chemistry. Moreover everything feels so natural and you feel like rooting for them because they deserve all the good things to come their way. It is also so fun see the two main leads interact with each other and to see how much they enjoy their friendship (and also the slowly arising love).

Even though the first episode was pretty much consistently funny, there were some moments that were so warm and who will probably move some people to tears, because they were so cute and heart-warming. Especially since I somehow could understand Dan Bi and feel her sorrow (I loved the conversations about math, haha) and how hard it can be, to give your best out of fear that it won't be enoughand that you'll fail nonetheless. So that was kinda relatable to me.

Although this isn't the last episode yet, I feel a little bit sad that we'll have to part with this drama special after this short of a time. I would've loved it if you could've gotten some more episodes. But then again, it could've been less enjoyable. So I'll just be happy with the (hopefully) 2 awesome episodes that we have(will get.
