WE, WHICH REVOLVE AROUND THE SUN
23.5, how I love you. How could I not? I love love LOVEEE MilkLove and ViewJune, but as much as I was excited for this series, I may have let my expectations take a toll on my rating.STORY: Ongsa, whos just moved to Bangkok, meets Sun, who's a bubbly and bright person, just as her name suggests. Although it may seem like they've never met, Ongsa secretly has known Sun. How? They met through Instagram, of which Ongsa uses a fake name as "Earth." Scared of how she'll react, Ongsa keeps this a secret from Sun, as she doesn't want to lose her and this friendship that begins.
LIKES:
-Luna and Aylin my cuties😞😞
-The patience in the couples relationship
-The friendships within the characters
-Side Characters in General
DISLIKES:
-The awkwardness between the characters.. Weren't they supposed to be together? They had known each other for a bit before, yet could barely speak to each other without one of them either feeling flustered or just not knowing how to speak inn general. I can understand if it's due to their ages because I'm around that age range, but even I have seen less awkward couples.
-I was looking through other reviews and someone mentioned the fact that they didn't even really have a reason to like each other, which I slowly began to agree. Other than the fact that they share a bond for the fact that they have a FRIENDSHIP, they don't really have a valid reason to of liked each other. I understand if it's just you fell in love, but we didn't even see any of that.
-The story overall went downhill after halfway. I only continued to watch for the cute scenes of the couples, but even that almost couldn't keep me up. I loved MilkLove in Bad Buddy, but this.. It's just not doing it. I'm usually good at keeping ongoing series, but I got episodes behind because I just couldn't get through episodes.
OVERALL:
I can't bring myself to give this lower than an 8, for the fact that I love these two couples too much. This won't stop me from loving them, but this just wasn't it. Other than the cute scenes and great OST, there wasn't anything special. Just a plain gmmtv high school series but gl version. It's not a horrible start at gl for gmmtv, but it definitely could've been better.

COOKING LIKE A CHEF
A poor(ish) culinary student and a rich med student. Put those 2 together and you get a cute relationship!! I LIVE for OffGun. I mean, who doesn't? If you've seen their previous works then you already know that it'll be a great paring.STORY:
Third year culinary students Prem, Dynamite, and Samsi/Unky are the best of friends. They've been together since the 1st year of culinary classes. Trusting their friendship and skills, they join a cooking competition, known as Super Monster Chef (aka A BIG DEAL.) Prem then meets Ten, a med student. When Ten asks Prem for cooking lessons, he agrees due to money problems. What will happen when sparks begin to fly in the kitchen?
FAVSSS!!!
Let me start off with the chemistry. Nothing can go wrong between Off and Gun!! But.. Neo and Aungpao? Let me just- AHHHHHHHH!!!! I LOVEEE THEM!! Neo can have chemistry with just about anyone. Take the actors from Only Friends for example, you could ship him with any of them and I'd be like "I could see it." But they came to win their fans hearts and THEY DID. Aungpao is such a great actor and I'm excited for his future projects, whether its with Neo or not.
THE OST WAS SO CATCHY!! Everytime it played in the background I couldn't stop myself from singing "You give me a sugar rush, you're my baby crush!!"
NEEDS SOME.. FIXING.
The storyline was a little messy. The acting wasn't as good as other series, but I can understand with the script. The random time jump?? It could have been better. I would like to see more series where they're out of their college/high school days. Especially with OffGun. Cmon GMMTV!! They're in their 30's, lets see some more mature series which I know they can do with their potential.
Overall, this was a sweet, lighthearted series. I would recommend to those who just need a wholesome watch for a bit. Plus, the friendship between Unky and Metha was just AMAZING. I laughed at almost every scene of theirs.

Things, Things, and More Things
This series was something. I was quite excited when I found out about this due to the description being weird, but capturing, but.. i was disappointed. Not to the point that it was horrible, but to the point where I just didn't get the excitement I had gotten in the first few episodes.THE STORY:
Han Hae-Na: Hae Na, played by Park Gyu Young, is an upbeat woman who has a curse. This curse prevents her from kissing anyone. When one is kissed on the lips, at Midnight (12am) she will turn into a furry friend! This will continue to happen at midnight for 100 days until she can share that same moment with the one she kissed, but in her dog form. If that cannot be fulfilled, she will stay a dog forever. But, when she gets her first kiss, it is by the one she never thought to have eyes for, Jin Seo Won. Now having shared this moment with Seo Won, she must do the same but in her special form. This could be easy, except, Seo Won has a fear of dogs.
MY THOUGHTS:
The original premise caught my interest. Why? Because it seemed new. (To me at least.) The first episode were good, but the airing schedule caused it to go down hill. Not only did it go down hill from the schedule, it went downhill in the story too. It began to drag. And near the end it was kind of a series to watch in the background. Although I gave this a higher rating, I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to see Cha Eun Woo (which, lets be honest, was the reason for a lot of us.)
THE ENDING EPISODES:
As the series continues, it dragged along. With Lee Bo Gyum being revealed as the "villain." Which, he was kind of stupid. He went after them when it wasn't even them really. It was just more of their brains in their bodies. The memory wipe was unnecessary and so was the whole backstory in general. If it gave small snippets of the story I'm sure I would've understood just fine.
The ending episode didn't add much to the story, just some cute moments.
Overall, this series was okay. Just okay. I wouldn't NOT recommend it, but I wouldn't expect much if you did want to watch it.

a cute story
This story is just about a writer that has a new roommate, and that roommate is secretly a big fan of her work, yet she doesn't know that the writer is living with her. It's a wholesome short girl love and it's enjoyable. it's only about a 25-30 minutes watch and can be easily binged.
Although it's a bit cheesy, it's pretty good for a low budget. I wish there were more episodes and moments together but it was well made for a short story. If I ever want to quickly binge something, this will be my to-do 😊

Too Much
I feel as if in the 2 episodes that there were, it was kind of repeating. They would kiss, tell each other they love each other, ect. The chemistry of JoongDunk is there, but I feel as if they have more chemistry outside of the series than the characters themself. I had higher expectations for the episodes, but it kind of made me disappointed. It was enjoyable for the time being but it just felt like the same thing would happen in both episodes. I really hope that Hidden Agenda redeems JoongDunk.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Story of Johun+Minhyun
The story was good, I liked of how shy Min-Hyuns character was, but it felt a bit rushed. I get that it's a short BL, but it seemed to move quickly. The plot was confusing at time, and the ending wasn't the best.SPOILERS FOR ENDING
The fact that they killed off Johun when he could've lived madr me upset. I understand that the character felt guilty for the death of his ex, and he didn't want to hurt Min-Hyuns, but he offered for him to take his blood. The ending could of had a better way to end it off instead of killing him. Overall, it was a decent show, and if I had to grade it, it would probably be a C+.

MY PERSONAL WEATHERMAN!!!
This show was probably the thing that kept me going in the week, knowing I can come home, relax, and watch this at the end of the week.Is this show DEFINITELY a 10/10? No. Is it in my eyes? ABSOLUTELY!!!
There are many things that I LOVED, but there were certain things that I didn't like so much.
The ending was a bit confusing. Were they actually TOGETHER?
I always love Japanese BLs (RECOMMENDATIONS PLEASE!!) and usually never rate it lower than a 7-8. What was it about this show that made me enjoy it so much? THE CHEMISTRY!!!!
The chemistry between the leads is just outstanding, which lowkey made up for all the misunderstandings.
Some of the scenes were HOT!!! As in like, peeking through my fingers and giggling. THAT TYPE OF HOT!
If I were to give it a lower rating, the reason would be because of the misunderstandings.
The way they couldn't just talk it out infuriated me. A simple discussion would have made the relationship better and stronger. The fear of rejection shouldn't be there in my opinion. Segasaki had obvious feelings for Yoh, IF ONLY HE JUST FOLLOWED BODY LANGUAGE AND FACIAL EXPRESSIONS!!
Overall, this was an amazing JBL, and would definitely recommend. (especially people who like a bit of spicy scenes..) The chemistry is THERE!

LOVE IN TIME
My SolJae.. What will I do now every Monday and Tuesday? As much as I have loved other dramas, I think this might just be in my top five all time. With the love story that I have been following between these two, and have been watching since basically the beginning, I don't know how quickly I can let them go. These two either brought a smile to my face or tears with each episode. The acting within this project is phenomenal. I felt as if I was genuinely a character in the show with how much emotion and attachment I've grown upon these characters. The chemistry made me feel as if they were actually together. I love both of these actors so much, and I will continue to love them, but Lovely Runner will forever hold a place in my heart.
The story follows Im Sol, a girl who's a fangirl of a K-Pop group called Eclipse. She had bought a watch at an auction that once belonged to her favorite member, Ryu Sunjae. Once 2023 begins, that Sunjae passes away, but there's nothing she could do from stopping his death, right? Things began to go into a spiral when she clicks the watch and she goes back 15 years into the past. While there, she meets her favorite member when he was a high schooler. Now she's in her 2008 body and finds that she lived across from him. What will she do now that she is trying to correct time and keep him from his "unfixable" fate?
I just want to say that this romance is one of a kind. My favorite part about this story is the fact that Sunjae is a loser in love. No matter if he is a singer, an actor, or just a regular highschool boy, he still acts out in front of his crush. He may have lost his memories throughout each lifetime, but he will always find his way back to Sol. It didn't matter what universe or weird time jumps occurred, he always found his way back to the one he loved. His destiny was to be with her, even if he were to have died.
This drama deserves all of the hype!! I'm so sad to see them go but I'm also so happy that I got to experience such a wonderful story. This marks an end of a chapter, but there will always be more to come.
ALSO!! I loved the fact that even when the future changed, Sunjae was always meant to be some sort of famous person in South Korea. He was a singer whose group sold out tickets, but he was also an actor who had successful dramas. But his occupation didn't matter, he was still Sol's.

Love In Training
Ahh, OffGun, my cuties. Finally we see them outside of a college romance. But, at what cost? As much as I love OffGun, and was extremely excited for this, it kind of just disappointed me. My hopes weren't too high, as Cooking Crush wasn't my favorite, but I still had standards.STORY: Ryan, a guy who comes along with his friend to an internship, ends up getting that internship. His mentor, Jane, seems like a cold and strict guy, but deep down, he's a sweetheart. As Ryan and Jane get closer through their work, ryan soon realizes that this isn't just admiration.
I have a lot to say, but not the words to say it. In short, Ryan and Jane were really cute, not much bad to say about them, but what got me was the side couple.
Bahmee and Tae. I love them both, genuinely. At the end when Tae proposes to Bahmee I was screaming and crying, as they began to grow on me. What tripped me up was the Judy and Bahmee thing. I'm glad they didn't work out, as I just didn't feel the chemistry. Tae was heart broken, which made me sad, but I don't understand why he didn't hear her out. I have been cheated on before so I know the feeling, but if it was obvious she had been drinking, I'd be a little more understanding. Being cheated on, especially on your anniversary, is a big deal, but I would have heard her out. (this is not meant to be offensive, sorry if it is)
Other than the cheating thing, everything was great. I loved the characters, especially Pah and Jo. As always, I just feel like Off and Gun deserve more mature roles since they did great with Not Me.
Would I rewatched this? Probably not. Was it cute? Yes. I'll miss my OffGun and was extremely excited when this started to air on my birthday.
Until Next Time 🫡

CAN'T ERASE THIS LOVE!!
My Love Mix-up, originally coming from a manga series written by Wataru Hinekure and illustrated by Aruko, which depicts the love story between two boys who seem to of had a mistake of who likes who.If you haven't read the manga or seen the Japanese adaptation, then you may have went into this blind. I didn't. Probably about a week before this began to air I finally decided to watch the Japanese version, which no doubt, I will never regret because it was just such a sweet and genuine love story. That being said I knew the overall premise of the story, but that didn't stop me from wanting to watch this. I haven't read the Manga, so I'm not too sure about how it fully goes, but in my opinion, this showed a pretty decent adaptation.
This story depicts when a boy accidentally makes a different boy think that he likes him.
Atom borrows an eraser from a girl named Mudmee, the girl he likes, to his surprise he sees the name Kongthap written on it. The saying that goes around is that if you write your crush's name on an eraser, if you use it enough, you might be lucky enough for that special someone to like you back! Atoms heart is crushed, but he's determined to help her! Things go south when Kongthap sees this eraser and mistakes it for his, leading to his thought that Atom liked him. Kongthap had never had a crush nor been with someone before, therefore, he takes Atoms feelings into consideration because he doesn't know it's not his. What will Atom do when he begins to like his crushes crush? Or is it even Mudmees crush?
I have seen positive ratings about the Japanese version, and I can agree on it. Watching this made me feel.. happy? I guess you can say that. It's just like a cutesy High School relationship. It didn't really make me feel embarrassed, besides that one Mudmee scene.. But this is just a bittersweet romance that I would recommend to those that don't want anything too.. Hardcore?
The acting was great, the story has always been great, and it's just amazing overall. Some may say that this is two childish or just doesn't fit Fourth and Gem, but I honestly disagree. Most people know them from My School President, it wasn't the same as MSP, but was surely sweet just like it.
HONORABLE MENTION...
Chokun (Half) and Pahn (Mudmee)????? I LOVE YOU!! They were so cute together and I really want to see them together again! Chokun is so cute and silly and so is Pahn!! Hope to see them more!!
As I finish my review, over the course of these 12 weeks, I have written down every quote, and I'm going to pick one to five a little deeper into. (I'll put the quotes in the comments.)
From episode 8,the quote:
"For certain things, the question is not when, but why."
All the quotes in this series have spoke to me, but this one.. I don't know what it is about it, I just feel like it wraps all of the quotes into one. The quote itself is saying that the reason and why you want to get through it is the most important thing, whether it comes to challenges, love, or just anything in general. It suggests that understanding the reason behind them is more important than knowing the timing that it should happen. It's like it comes naturally and you'll know for yourself when it's the right time. As we know, this series is about high school romance, therefore this quote, when it comes to love, is meaning the love is more important than when it happens. It could be a time where you're the happiest in life, or it could be a time when you're the lowest in life, but that isn't important, it's the way it comes into your life and brings you that feeling in your heart. It shifts the focus to the deeper emotions and connections that make the love meaningful.
Thank you My Love Mix-Up, and thank you to the cast, for making these past 12 Fridays meaningful to me.

First Impression
This year has overall brought us some good series, and more to come. Gmmtv always produces, in my opinion, the best kind of series. The cast is top tier, seeing a mix of multiple couples, and a new couple on screen brings me excitement. I have always loved them all in their own series, together or not.
Love seeing a hint of the characters personalities in just one episode. (ex: mew being a more soft guy, top being POSSIBLY toxic, etc) and much more to learn about each of the characters.
I really do wonder how this series will turn out, because I enjoy them being on screen, and seeing how it will go with these 6 will be interesting.
