The story is pretty similar. A modern person travel back time and land on some ancient period.
But Mr. Queen story is more linear and more fun than the moon lovers.

The villain of the Sky Castle, is the heroine of nobody knows. This drama also deals with the issue of how children suffer due to adults. Both the dramas revolve around school children. Both dramas has a case of illegal exam papers. But Nobody Knows has more of a criminal aspect to it.

The stories are quite different. But it has that similar vibe. That sadness. That desperate for love . Even one of the casts are in both dramas as leads. Even OSTs would do the job for both dramas.
