My Favorite THAI LAKORN DRAMAS

This is a remake of the Korean drama, "Another Oh Hae Young/Another Miss Oh"! And it was VERY good.  It really does justice to the original. The Korean version is still better, but this Thai version is exceptionally well done! 

will ALWAYS be a favorite. Great acting and probably my favorite "edition" of this drama out of the 4 I've watched.

The BEST historical Lakorn I've see so far. The FL is an amazing actress here and her role carries the show for me. I can't even imagine another actress in this role. 

I really liked this one. The beginning both are dumped on their wedding days at the same hotel. They end up drinking and partying to push away their sorrow and end up in bed together. The night of drinking/partying was SO cute and relatable! 

If you can stomach a male lead who has the WORST case of noble idiocy EVER, this lakorn is actually pretty great. 

forgot how much the male lead made me want to strangle him in this lakorn. The FL put up with wayyyy too much and the other guys who she rejected just would NOT get the hint and kept putting her in bad situations. Frustrating watch but enjoyed it for what it is. 

Fantasy elements  (alternate universe) cute romance in this one too!

One of the sweetest romances EVER in Thai dramas. Can't find this with good quality video but I still ADORED it. 

I loved this the first time though... liked it the 2nd time through. I think I've realized I'm just not much a fan of the FL 

ENjoyed this one but realized after a rewatch how horribly ridiculous the acting of the villains were and how low a budget this lakorn must have had . Still... kind of love it anyway. ^_^

one of my top revenge dramas. period. while it has its flaws (hello... lakorn!) I can't seem to look away. The ML is freaking epic in this role and the "revenge plot" is so much better thought out than the older version. Also, the way the camera/editing catches pivotal scenes is very well done. Really makes you *feel* what the characters are going through. 

I usually stay FAR away from Thai dramas that involve "twins" mainly because they usually involve a good twin/evil twin trope and the good twin suffers for 99% of the drama, BUT this drama is an exception since both twins have an amazing sisterly relationship. I enjoyed this drama enough to watch it twice already :)

this lakorn is a favorite for a lot of reasons. I adooooore the romance in this one. LOVE some of the side characters (unusual for me) and love love most of the storyline. This is one of the few lakorns I rewatch!

I actually really like this one and have a weird attraction to the ML because of the way he speaks in this lakorn.

Probably my favorite "cheating" drama. Great acting. Crazy ass characters. Karma comes full circle and a weak character (FL) really really digs deep within herself to become strong and finds the ability to stand on her own. LOVE.

Will forever love this one too. I LOVE a great "forced marriage" drama, but rarely find them that I can rate highly. Leh Ratree is an exception. I'm not even sure why I love it so much, but I do. I enjoyed the older version as well, but this is the only one I re-watch

this is one of those adorable lakorns with pretty costumes, clueless ML's, and a sweet romance. 

Can revenge LOOK any sexier?!? I think not. This show is not perfect by any stretch, but I have a crush on the ML and a girl-crush on the FL. Awesome acting!!! Sizzling chemistry. 

Not going to lie. I'm not a huge fan of the FL (the actress) here, AND I feel like this lakorn is kind of a train wreck you can't help but hang out your window to watch even though you know you shouldn't. I've watched it about 3x. I need help. 

I have a soft spot for this one. A strong FL being treated poorly because she chooses to be misunderstood to figure things out about the past. A forced/arranged marriage with an older guy (not too old) and they can't help fall for each other... LOVE.

It may be mean to say, but this lakorn lacks something, maybe sex appeal on a personal level for me. I didn't love the ML or the FL and the ML was a sleaze for his own "purpose". 

cute but about 12 episodes too long. and they threw every Thai drama cliche in there (almost) so it felt overkill. but still enjoyed the show somehow. what can i say?

why do I even like this one? ARGH. I have issues. Still... I like it.

I like this one but the only thing that I don't like is that the main "conflict" of the drama doesn't make sense. Her choosing that JUST for a house? Well... that's on her. 

ghosts! & this is one of my all time FAV lakorns. SUCH a lovely romance & story! 

I'm kind of a Pong fan even if they do happen to cast him in despicable roles more often than not. I'm SUPER glad to say he is NOT despicable in this show, just the opposite. I adored him and Ester in this Lakorn. SUCH a beautiful & well done story. I even cried a few times. Highly recommend.

this one. *DEEP BREATH* so the ML is disgusting for 70% of the show. His parents are WORSE. I kind of liked and kind of hated this show. LOVED the FL though. What a breath of fresh air with her "take no shit" attitude and carrying herself with respect. Loved that part. That may be the only reason this lakorn gets a 7 from me.

#surprised I had this on my not interested list forever due to other comments/reviews but decided to try it anyway out of boredom. Actually REALLY glad I did. I feel like it would have been better at 12 episodes, but I was never bored, so there's that. CRAZY Lakorn but I truly enjoyed it. 

this one was well acted. A lot of crazy happening, but it IS a Lakorn, so....

This one is a little similar to "The Crown Princess" but not a LOT. If you like one, you'll enjoy the other though. The villain lady in this one is pure evil. 

despite the synopsis and awesome actors... this lakorn was rather boring. :/ 

sad to say I found this one over hyped despite looooving Weir! The ML's character development (lack thereof) made me super disappointed/angry by the end of this lakorn :(

you can find this on DailyMotion subbed (missing 1/2 of episode 8? I think though) I enjoyed this one... HOLY HOT KISSES and a fun, playful ML. I like the FL. Hated HATED the SFL, skipped some of the side couple parts, but overall found that I enjoyed this one a ton. I felt myself grinning stupidly a LOT while watching this one :D

too long but cute all the same. if you can get past the first 5 episodes, I think it gets better after that. :)

I thought I was going to hate this based on online comments, but I really actually enjoyed it a lot. Super cute, fluffy slow-burn romance towards the end. However, being in the minority (I think) I really disliked her BFF from the get go. 

I would lovvvvve this one 1000x more if the FL wasn't such a boring character and the ML wasn't such a jerk. His personality leaves a lot to be desired. If the two leads had a bit more of their own personality and not some 2D cookie-cutter copy/paste personality, this show could have been awesome. In the end, it was only okay for the reasons above. The "romance" was at the very best awkward and entirely unbelievable.

I wanted to love this so much... but it fell very short of the promising synopsis. Also, I'm not a big fan of the FL in this show and maybe that's why I didn't enjoy this as much as I could have. I see comments talking about chemistry, but imho the chemistry is ALL on the ML's side and nonexistent on the FL's side. The ML is carrying the show. The FL, despite her awesome gift, has a super boring/2D personality.

It was very well acted and a wonderful lakorn. I cried. 

this one was pretty good. good acting. decent storyline. no draggy parts and one of the few "reincarnation" Lakorns I actually liked. Normally a show featuring a few "lifetimes" isn't my cup of tea, but I enjoyed this one enough :)

I really enjoyed this one but would have loved it more if the sister wasn't so over the top and if the FL's acting wasn't quite so 1D. 

good acting. great chemistry between leads. real kisses. just... 3-4 episodes too long or it would have been really really good. 

really rather enjoyed this one. Female bent on revenge and I loved that part of it!

pretty decent. wouldn't re-watch though and probably 5 episodes too long :/ 

despite the amazing kiss scenes/skinship in this drama and my love for Esther... this drama really had some major flaws. I think mostly that the plot was actually too simplistic and yet everything was "over the top". Too many insane bad guys. Crazy people trying to kill literally everyone, and so on. It all felt forced and too much to really enjoy. Sad about this one. 

A little drawn out, but I really enjoyed this one a lot. So many beautiful actors and actresses.

decent lakorn. the last 2-3 episodes were 100% useless and skippable though.  Won't be rewatching, unfortunately. 

so ghosts. & I loved the textile portion of it but unfortunately it wasn't as much of a part of the show as I would have liked... and for the "plot" and ghosts and dual timelines, you'd think the romance would be epic or t hat the plot would be exciting, but it felt sooooo boring to me. The romance lacked in the past life AND in the present. It just was odd to be a "star crossed lovers" kind of drama but the "lovers" part felt blah.  VERY blah. 

enjoyed this one as much as the remake, but I think I liked the re-make better. I LOVE the ML here and the FL though. Maybe I only liked the newer on better because it had better quality videos? It's possible.  

so, had to watch without subtitles but thought it was okay. the FL's amateur sleuthing was actually the worst part of the drama. Also, the ML's love was super super questionable imho. Did he really love her for HER or just for her face. Meh. 

The ML really was a selfish bastard and kind of all the way to the end. Ick. 

ML was NOT sexy or endearing or anything really awesome to make the FL fall in love with him. He was possessive when he had no right and jumped to conclusions like a teen girl. Watched without subs. Boring enough to not even need them.

I kind of low-key loved this one. Pretty costumes and scenery. Okay plot/storyline. Sweet romance. 

A new favorite. Has cute little spirits and the romance is too cute. The plot was okay but still would have preferred this drama at about 12 episodes instead of 15.  Cute enough in the romance department to rewatch too. 

actually liked this one. real kissing involved too. ^_^
