Japanese Drama ~All time Favorite~

A mix of comedy, mystery, investigation, revenge, romance, comedy, any genre you name it (except horror). Sounds crazy? But turned out to be oh so good. Personal favorite. A show with a lot of heart, executed nicely both in writing and acting. Ever since Ninomiya Kazunari and Toda Erika has been on top on my favorite Japanese actor list.

Japan is on top of their game when it comes to School Drama. I legit cry when I finished this show just because I did not want to be separated from this gem.  Until we meet again, Yankumi and Shin (my forever heart throb)

A drama when you do not have to wonder about anything, just sit and enjoy. Cancer dying patient? Are we supposed to be sad? The answer is yes.....and no.

The true definition of a human drama. Prepare your tissues and heart, as the ride might be too cruel for your weak heart. I still hate seeing Kazama until this day thanks to his portrayal in this drama (I am sorry, lol)

Honestly, the best father-daughter relationship in a drama. A drama where you can not hate anyone (well there is this one person but let's just think he does not exist). Also did I mention about the plot twist.

A detective drama where the cases are fun but also unpredictable.

Has been a while since I do not want to be separated with a drama. Taking mystery and investigation to the next level, seeing the cases through forensic's eyes.

Fun, fun, and fun. Nakatsu, I am forever in love.

Love how the doctors are actually portrayed as real human-being.  Each episode always brings new stories.

Watch this first before the second. Love how the doctors are sometimes just clueless about the situation, except Aizawa.

Throwing it back to early 2000-s. Not for a new dorama fan, but if you have been here for a long time, what are you doing? Watch this. The investigation is silly but the show has a lot of amazing characters, also king is forever a legend.

Asa is everything I want to be. Many episodes but each episode is always fun with many heart touching moment.

Tears, Tears, and more Tears. Super good.

The mystery begins to uphold slowly as the format is one person per episode, but each episode always brings new perspective to the story. Witty. 

An actual good revenge drama. You can never love or hate a character too much in this drama, it's always in between like good and evil

Japan is definitely on top of the game when it comes to school drama. If you are looking for a more twisted plot and characters, go for this one.

Keeps you at the edge of your seat. I could never imagine a drama about banker could be this awesome. Super-b acting.
