- Chinese, Hong Kong, Japanese Philippines, South Korean, Taiwanese, Thailand, and other Asian Actors/Actresses only on MDL!

- The Actor/Actress needs to be someone you discovered only in 2022. Maybe you have seen them in dramas before but this is the first time they stand out to you or their acting has improved.

- The Actor/Actress needs to have at least 1 Drama released and finished airing in 2022. If released in 2021 but finished airing in 2022, it can also be added to this list.

- 10 votes per user (or less).

- Average MDL popularity of the Actor/Actress does not matter.
