MC Blocks Shot / Slash / Stab

ML and FL. Bullets.

ML shields the FL from a bullet. He gets shot in the back / shoulder.

FL drives a car between a bullet and the ML to protect the ML. She also gets shot. 

ML. Bullet.

ML shields the FL when the villain aims a gun at the two of them. The villain is shot as he shoots, so the bullet grazes the ML's head, leaving him with a non-lethal head injury. 

FL takes a bullet for the ML.

ML and FL.

ML shields FL from boiling water. He gets a very large burn. She gets a small burn. Their burns line up.

FL gets shot shielding the ML from a bullet. The ML is also shot by a second bullet.

BL so two MLs.

Both MLs are injured while protecting the other from bullets at different points in the drama. For one of them, the injury is serious enough to put that ML in the hospital.

ML and FL. So many I lost track. 

ML blocks lightning and fire balls (and more that I'm forgetting).

FL blocks a swarm of murderous crows, demon energy and immortal energy (and more that I'm forgetting).

FL. Sword.

A man attacks the ML with a sword. The FL shields the ML and takes the sword through her abdomen. 

ML. Sword.

A man attacks the FL with a sword. The ML shields the FL and takes the sword through his back.

ML - Sword.

FL - Attempted. Sword.

ML

Axe in the back. 

Sword slashes to his arm and side. 

The ML throws an axe at a man with a sword who is going to attack the unconscious FL, leaving himself unarmed. A different man takes up the axe and aims to attack the FL with it. Since he doesn't have a weapon this time, the ML uses his body to shield the FL from the attack and takes the axe in his back before taking down the attacker with his fists. He takes different attacker down with a flying kick and then uses his arm to shield the FL from a sword slash. He takes at least one more sword slash to his side. 

ML uses his body to block a sword from slashing the FL, and sustains a serious injury on his back.

The ML also grabs a blade with his bare hand to stop himself from hurting the FL. 

The ML also stabs his own hand, rather than stabbing the FL's hand.

FL arranges to have the ML assassinated, but ends up protecting him from the assassin's sword with her own body.

ML - Arrow + Magic.

ML puts himself between an arrow amped up with magic and the FL, but that causes the mage who fired the arrow to change its course so the arrow does not hit the ML or the FL. But then the FL (who is being controlled) stabs the ML through his abdomen with a sword.

On different occasions the ML also puts himself between the FL and a dog-like demonic entity that appears to be about to attack her. He also is only able to unlock the power to unsheathe his sword when the FL is attacked - he puts himself and his sword between the FL and the crown prince attacking with his own sword.

FL - Arrow.

ML - Arrow.

FL and ML. Arrows.

FL gets shot by an arrow while rescuing the ML. 

ML gets shot when he uses his body to shield the FL from being shot by a second arrow. 

FL - Knife.

ML blocks a knife stab.

ML / FL - Knife.

The ML plans to kill the villain in order to stop him from murdering the FL, but the FL jumps in between the ML and the villain so that she gets stabbed by the ML instead of the villain (preventing the ML from becoming a murderer). The ML drops the knife and the villain picks it up. The ML is holding the FL at this point with his body in between the FL and the villain. It's not clear how much the ML moves after seeing the villain raise the knife and it's not clear whether the villain was aiming for the FL or the ML, but the villain ends up stabbing the ML in the back of his shoulder while the ML keeps his body in between the villain and the FL. 

ML - Food scraps.

The ML uses his body to shield the FL from the contents of a bucket thrown at her by an angry client (she is a public defender). The contents turns out to be food scraps.

ML = Phantom / demon attack

FL - wooden stave.

The Emperor sentences the ML to be beaten by wooden staves. When the palace guards implement the punishment, the FL first tries to convince the Emperor to be lenient and then runs to the ML and puts herself between the ML and the guards implementing the beating - telling them to beat her instead if they must. 

SML - Bullet.

SML - Sword.

One SML (the FL's bodyguard) puts his body between the FL and an attacker with a sword. His back is badly wounded. The same SML also puts himself between the FL and a leather soccer ball flying in her direction at an earlier point in the drama.

The ML puts himself between the FL and a falling porcelain pot.

A different SML puts himself between the FL and dirty water thrown by a lady hanging her washing.

HM

The ML shoots himself in the arm to protect the FL. 

HM

The FL puts herself between the ML and a truck. She also stands between the ML and humans and angels who threaten him, on different occasions. She also pushes him out of the way of a falling pot and pulls him out of the way of falling books. 

The ML pulls the FL out of the way of a speeding car.

HM

The ML puts himself between a ball and the FL. On a separate occasion he puts himself between a popped balloon with confetti and powder in it and the FL.

The ML puts himself between flying medical equipment and the FL.

EP 2 - A male character uses his hand to block light and hot wax from a candle from falling onto the FL's face while she sleeps.
