"Aaron Yan was accused and convicted of sexual assault after his ex boyfriend Riku accused him of forcing him to perform oral acts on him back in 2017.. Aaron allegedly later leaked the videos.. Arron was given a 7 month suspended prison sentence and he and Riku later settled out of court.. Arron also admitted to the sexual assault and publicly apologized to the victim at an interrupted press conference, but denied being the person who leaked the unconsensual video of the assault.. Not sure if he will still have to serve the time in prison considering the settlement and everything or if the sentence was later thrown out." (x)
