2024 CDramas I love and highly recommend

When great filming, storytelling and characterisation is prioritised over traffic bait, this is what you get!

One of the very very rare dramas where I can safely shelve in the "rewatch to feel happy" category. Just made me feel happy & relaxed when watching it. We really need more dramas like this.

Finest writing and acting I've seen. Anyone that can make banking exciting deserves an award from me.

I nearly gave up on this, but I like this due to the sweet ending and great characterisation of the male lead.

Oh man, such a gawdamn flawed drama, but I rated this highly because Liu Xueyi's and Wu Jinyan's acting is sublime. This could've easily been a 9 if the writing was better. Alas.

Again, hideously flawed (due to Ju Jingyi being paired with Liu Xueyi whose acting abilities just overwhelms her rather average acting chops) but the story is good enough and Liu Xueyi got to shine here.
