No-Angst, Great Communication Romance Dramas+

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ONE. It is so peaceful and calming and so lovely to watch, so if you want an actually, genuinely relaxing one, this is it. It could potentially be boring to some due to the slow-paced journey, but the interactions between characters is just a treasure to watch. Anyways, it's just a great change of pace. It reminds me of Chef Hua, except modern, and even more peaceful. I had absolutely no urgency to watch everything from beginning to end in one sitting. It's a strange thing because usually I'd want to binge something if it's so good, but this one, it's so good that I don't feel the need to finish it so quickly, and on the contrary, I purposely took my time watching this one because I didn't want it to end and 40 episodes seemed just too short. No episode really urged me to watch the next episode, it almost always ended peacefully and I could begin the next episode whenever I wanted. Anyways highly recommended, but it's understandable if it's not for everyone. 

Wrote a review on this one too although it's in the comments. It's HIGHLY angstless and more slice-of-life in historical times. I really wish they'd have more historical angstless slice-of-life cdramas, would LOVE that. 

Definitely highly recommended for an angstless-drama. Love the romance between the two. 

Highly recommend for gaming aspect. Honestly, no romance, not really, maybe hinted, but romance is definitely NOT the focus. But enjoyed it very much. 

Also wrote a review in the review section. There is romance, but it definitely isn't the focus until the last 2 eps, but the mutual understanding between the main leads and how they care for each other is just so natural throughout that there's no need to have more romance. The focus is zombies and the complexities of human hearts.

I highly recommend this one, it's not everyday you get a happy ending in wuxia and xianxia dramas plus I enjoyed the romance, albeit I wished there was more, but it was great. 

HIGHLY recommend. Angstless and adorable female lead. Ok, so there IS the typical breakup in like the second last ep or third last ep, somewhere there. But let me just say the way it was handled, it couldn't be considered a breakup lol. I avoid breakups and misunderstandings like the plague, but because it was handled so well, albeit I didn't think it was necessary, I gave this entire drama a 10/10. 

Another super short one but so high quality! I love how finally there's a warm ML instead of the typical cold. There is a misunderstanding but it's handled pretty well because the entire show is only only 3 hrs long. But I still can't get over the quality of this production tbh. Anyways highly recommend it's so cute. It's the type where I would absolutely not watch if it were like a 40 episode drama, or even 20 episode drama, (because I can already foresee misunderstandings and angst to fill the episodes) but because it's so short it leaves no room for nonsense.

Yeah highly recommend, and even more highly recommend the novel because romance is actually much better there! But love both.

HIGHLY recommend. I wouldn't say it's completely angstless, FL does have like 3 suitors, but I think it's pretty obvious who she ends up with and the other men don't jeopardise anything. When the FL and ML do end up together there's no silly misunderstandings and no angst. 

Maybe the romance is a 9.5/10 like my rating too. But also recommend for mostly angstless romance and no misunderstandings

Highly recommend for the psychological mystery. Romance is there but also secondary. Highly recommend the novel it was based on. Same author as When a Snail Falls in Love

Romance was pretty good here and very straightforward. 

Fluffy and cute romance. Enjoyed it. 

Based off the novel, although it kept most of the premise the same but there were also some major changes. Romance, though, was still great. 

Hmmm... romance wasn't the focus here, luckily it was also pretty angstless, maybe because it wasn't the focus. Liked the mystery aspect and focus on insects to solve crimes. A little suspension of disbelief here for that, but great overall. 

Romance aspect, there was only like 1 episode in the middle where I was like 'oh, why, just get together officially already'. But the mature way they handled the romance was what I liked about it and it's honestly angstless. Yang Yang seems to like shows with esports HAHA

I remember enjoying it a lot. Yes, it's not monogamy, but it's probably one of the only dramas where I don't mind the concubines because in a way they're either irrelevant or hilarious hahahaha. The ML got them before marrying the FL. 

It was pretty good, the romance was sweet and fluffy and overall great! Romance wise maybe 10/10 just because it didn't have all the angst associated with romance. 

Too long ago, I can't remember, but I do remember enjoying the romance here too. The only thing that kinda annoyed me was the female lead always saying 'dae?' way too much HAHAHA

I enjoyed it for the mystery and romance wasn't the focus, but it was good it wasn't so much the focus. 

I enjoyed it but it's nowhere as good as Chef Hua imo. Romance was pretty angstless. 

The movie version of Love O2O. In a way I kinda wished the female lead in Love O2O was angela baby. 

There wasn't much romance, if at all, in this drama. I enjoyed it for the crimes. 

Romance might be 10/10, I can't remember, watched it a while ago, but definitely no angst in romance, or at least not much. 

It's short so the angst is nothing. I don't really remember too much angst either.
