GL Dramas and Movies That Are Actually Gay

Only "Your Sheet" (6th), "Mirror" (7th), and "Muse" (9th) (sorta) are GL.

The long awaited MilkLove GL series! I'm in this 23.5 shit for life. Such a cute series.

They first played a couple in Bad Buddy, Ink x Pa, and they also did an episode of Magic of Zero where they also played Ink and Pa.

It's not about the relationship.

Only episode 2 is GL. The stories intersect, but you don't really need to watch the other episodes to understand it.

Not worth it. There's only one scene in the entire 16 episodes, and it's very much in passing. 

Not worth it. The story is about other things and it probably makes up less then 5 minutes of the runtime.

WORTH IT. IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THIS MOVIE STOP LOOKING AT THIS LIST AND GO WATCH IT OMG. IF YOU HAVE SEEN IT GO WATCH IT AGAIN. WHY ARE YOU STILL READING THIS?!?!?!

Note that the main character is pretty explicitly a trans guy so really the main couple isn't GL. But there's also another couple that's more in the background. Still worth watching.

NOT worth it. Literally the reason I made this list. After watching this, I felt like I had to warn people. Yeah it's gay, but at what cost?! If the only reason you want to watch this is because it has GL,  don't. It's basically torture porn. TW:SA

Only episode 1 is GL. It features a lesbian couple, but it mainly about one of them struggling with breastfeeding. 

[Hanabi x Ecchan/Sanae] 

Not worth it. Just watch their scenes on youtube or something.

Not worth it. One character is a lesbian, but she likes a straight girl.

if a lesbian is going to be on thing, it's always going to be oblivious that a girl likes you.

[Ink x Pa] 

They're side characters, so they're not in the show a ton. It's on youtube (channel: GMMTV Official) so it's pretty easy to scrub through to find just their scenes. 

They also appeared in the first episode of an anthology series called Magic of Zero.

The actresses from this, Milk and Love, are starring in their own GL series on GMMTV called 23.5 องศาที่โลกเอียง. They're playing different characters so it isn't related to BB or MoZ. It should come out in 2023. Will update when there's more news.

Not worth it. The flashbacks are cute, but they make up like maybe 3 minutes of the run time. 

I didn't like this series, it didn't make me root for them.  That's just my opinion though. You should watch it and make up your own mind about it.

Only eps 9 and 10 have any GL. But even then they are background characters. How are the lesbian couple background characters in a story called "Love Wins"?

The actresses in this are in so many other GLs. It feels like finding Waldo anytime I see them in something.

This one is GL despite what that one comments says. It's like a decent amount of the show.

I think the comments make it seem worse than it is. I will say I hated the ending.

[Kongkwan x Fon]

This is FreenBecky's first appearance together, but I'd say that's the only draw to watching it. It's not worth it just for the GL since they aren't shown that much. 

They are also in quite a few other project together: GAP the Series, Uranus2324, and The Loyal Pin.

Not worth it. They're barely in it.

Not worth it. This is all about the dysfunctional married couple. KBS can only come up with one GL plot and it's girl is in love with best friend and best friend is in love with mutual guy friend. 

Also the acting and dialogue in the climax are so cringey.

Watch this show, it's good. The GL is referenced a lot and is a defining character trait/motivation for one of the leads. I will say, it isn't super prominent, because the show is also about a bunch of other things/people. So, if you're looking for just GL, then I wouldn't recommend it. 

The 7 eps are split up between a GL couple and a BL couple. The GL episodes are 2, 3, 6, and 7, but you might also need to watch ep 1 for it to make more sense.

Is it gay? Yes. Is it good? No.
