Yeah, read that Edward Guo always struggle with plagiarism issues on his stories and he tends to focus on visual and missed out on storyline hence he has to use storyline from other authors. He is known for always copying Japanese styling. But like you it doesn’t bother me, I just wish the whole story will end up coherently told. So far the short stories of the different CPs are still quite nicely told. Let’s see how it goes, c drama always has the habit of starting good and lost its steam in the middle and then went down hill after.
Btwn I just came back from Nagoya, celebrate Halloween there. Saw that you went Japan too;) Such nice weather over there now.
Regarding the plagiarism issue, I didn’t know . A friend told me. I feel there are so many similarity scenes from several dramas as well so what does that tell you.

Wow the torture in PG is intense... i finished 3 episodes and i feel weary. Hahaha the story has been interesting so far and zls is so pretty. Ive always like lyn so i will continue this drama for now. I had the impression it was a comedy. Hmmm..
I was under the same impression dat Pearl girl was a comedy show too! Thank god ZLS didn’t switch on her bb voice.. Wah, didn’t expect all the fights and ZLS being dragged into cave. Like caveman dragging their women by the hair’ . ZLS daebak! I like LYN as the suave Mr black in ultimate notes. I finished 3 episodes yesterday night, and likely hold off for more new episodes to drop soon..
@Pytheos and Joa - yeah definitely not ROM com, first 3 ep is all intense and emotion provoking. I feel this is one of the best ZLS’s role, really shown her acting skills improved. And I like LYN being grey and dark, he is good at that.
@ Fiona - yeah climate change, Autumn pretty much delayed in Japan. I don’t get to see red leaves too. So sad, as it will be so pretty in Nagoya. Yes, lots of media news on Edward about his methods, he is not very popular in media or famous in the wrong way, however lots of actors are willing to work with him as his drama tends to still stir viewers. And it is indeed so sad his stories.
Between Chen Du Ling is very pretty as usual in FoF, and I love her role there;)

@Megumi and Fiona, love Nagoya in Autumn. Lots of gingko yellow leaves trees! I especially go mad over basking under the red and brown leaves on the ground. I dozed off once on the ground at Nagoya palace area.. haha luckily son and nephew were there to wakey me up. Truly meditative! I ll go for the pilgrimage Kumano Kodo hike in 2 years time.

In fact actually choose October to go Japan because of Autumn plus many previous videos surface in my IG stated October is the time to go. Ended so many happening when we about to book out ticket like earthquake but we went ahead as our friends told us just go worry later lol so we did and with God’s grace everything was so good except Autumn came later. I feel thankful actually.
I don’t care who is the director and all, what I am concern are the story and actors. That was why I never know such news occur. ChenDuLing is very beautiful but her acting wise didn’t really convince me. Same for ChengXiao. The boys are very good even have chemistry lol lol lol. ZhaoLuSi is one of the really good actresses and versatile. She improved so much in years. Same for BaiLu and a few others. I am pretty bad at times I will be like what if so and so as the actress in such and such drama won’t it be better?

@ Fiona… Autumn leaves do not pop up so fast in Oct or even early Nov…Not cold enough.. Tokyo and cities are warmer than outskirts. This I was quite surprised u decided to travel there in Oct.. Anyways, here’s the chance for 2nd more trips la.. As I grow older, I don’t shop .. only good exciting food will interest me.. heehee

Oh no you haven’t move on. I think me too went all the way to hunt for the figurines. When they selling I don’t want to purchase afraid hubby complain and no place to display. After a year sudden urge and took me very long to look for TTJ. Thanks to China popmart which trigger that urge hahahha
