i just missed 2 episodes. it's nice but what i don't like about it is sometimes it's dragging. sorry for being corny. but dude! people are dying, no time for flashbacks. ;p
YES! I'm watching it as well! Really like it so far! I stopped at episode 16 though. Waiting for the rest to be finished! Mikasa is the best! ^^ Hehe! Add me on MY ANIME LIST: amylovesanime
Ah I'm loving this series. it's so intense. even my husband likes it, he doesn't typically watch anime and has always said he didn't like it, i kept telling him he just hasn't watched the right series. I got him to watch the first ep of Attack on Titan and he's hooked, he gets excited for the new episode every week. I also made him watch SAO finally and he loved it. I'll make an otaku of him yet :P
I like this anime the most this year - Interesting story - some funny moments in it even it has no comdey-genre lol (Love potato girl) - Development (especially Jean) - 3D maneuver gear - what an amazing idea XD - (My personal opinion!) No character I hate ~
Love it :D and the manga gives me lots of feels too ;w; soo goood yet so sad :(
I love Shigeki no Kyojin! Its such a unique anime. The animation is awesome, the characters are so well thought out. I can't hate any of the characters, not even the titans. This anime hurts my heart because I keep getting attached to the characters but they end up dying (T-T)
Considering that fact it is shounen anime so it has to stick to certain stereotypes... hey, this series wasn't bad at all, however, the plot is not very original (see Ergo Proxy, Claymore or the classic of classics - Neon Genesis Evangelion). But that's the only flaw that comes to my mind. It was very well done, pretty animation, battles/fights combined with mostly eargasmic soundtrack managed to get me excited and energized. Our main hero, Eren, didn't really grow on me because he was either sunk deep in sorrow or on the peak of deathly rage, never admitting that he just can't do everything on his own, pushing poor Mikasa away. Fortunately, side characters got their fair share of screen time as well because they pretty much added most of the spice - I mean, I will really miss the officers of the Survey Corps. Oh well. I don't do this often, but this will definitely be a rewatch! btw - wikipedia says that a live-action film is in production. I can't imagine how that will turn out...I thought this is one of those animes that would never get a live-action and it would be for the best.
