The episode is again not only about treating animals, but also their owners. Due to different circumstances, a father and his daughter, that ran away from him, met at Tottori's hospital again. Also, this time, the vet loses the life of an animal.
Meanwhile, Hanabishi is joining forces with Domon, who is the chairman of the Japanese vet associatian and wants to build a new animale rescue center. Hanabishi asks Tottori to work with him but the vet refuses, doubting the motives of Domon.
