Vocês Estão Cercados Episode 4 Reações
Let me just say that l, at the VERY LEAST, Dae Gu would N-E-V-E-R work under me again had I been his team leader. Fuck that. He should have already been benched long before for his disrespectful attitude and refusal to work as a team long before that fight even occurred. His actions almost left someone struggling for her life! How he didn’t get demoted or kicked out I’ll never understand, even with the chief backing him.
*************
Only just started this episode and I’m already super annoyed with Soo Sun! She always immediately deflects the blame like an immature child! She never just accepts responsibility for her mistakes. It’s such a turnoff. Just like the situation with the knife left on the desk, it doesn’t matter who put it there. What was important was that she was completely unaware that it had been left there because she didn’t do her job and properly ensure such items weren’t present. While questioning that suspect that area was HER responsibility.

UGH! I get why Soo Sun didn’t speak up at that particular moment to say most of what Dae Gu was being blamed for was actually her doing (tensions were already high so it would have made things worse) but she should have immediately told the team leader at least.
And Dae Gu, well, I’ll be honest. He’s completely irrational because he thinks Pan Seok is corrupt and the reason for his mother’s death. So even though he was over the top I can’t truly be mad at him. The kid watched his mother die right before his eyes. That entire situation would have been like a kick to the gut. Hopefully he sees that his behavior and lack of empathy and professionalism could have led to the same thing happening to that victim as it had with his mother. If he does realize that would explain his outbreak as well.

OMG that restaurant lady was grosssssss! So nasty sticking her hands in that man’s food! And so rude! I wanted to slap her myself. And what is it with school-aged kids in K-dramas? Are the kids there really such damn bad little asses?

This episode was hilarious too, by the way.

Firstly, the fight between Dae Gu and Pan Seok was intense! You could see how angry Dae Gu was and how surprised Pan Seok was. But, in the end of the episode, you could say that Pan Seok was proud of all of them. They are finally starting to act like a team and I love that!
I am completely in love with Soo Sun! I find her bravery and honesty very admirable. I never expected to like Go Ah Ra's character that much. As for Eun Dae Gu... I still think he acts too impulsively, but I can see how much he is suffering, so I'm starting to like him, too.
I'm very curious what will happen when Pan Seok finds out that Dae Gu has been watching him all this time. Judging by the fact we have 20 episodes, this will not happen soon haha.

I like how Su Seon seems knocking hard on Dae Gu's door to open him up. In real life I wouldn't want to be friends with someone like him lol. He's smart but so what? He's in deep pain because of his mother's death - well everyone's got their own pain to deal with, that's how we grow as a person. Don't think too highly of yourself, you'll hurt yourself on your way down.

Phew, things are shaping up. What a relief. Personally the fact that the last episode was sooooooo stupid about the stalking case that Dae Gu and Soo Sun had been given. Well the case wasn't stupid. They're actions and overall . . . I'm not even sure if stupidity is the right word for it. In the end I hope new cops/detectives/law enforcement officers never make that kind of dumb-booty move. Let's be honest it's mainly do to bad writing. So far all of these rookie mistakes have been the fault of bad writing. Writing that makes every single character look inapt.
At the start of the episode the bad taste had been sitting in my mouth. Thankfully once the rookies are in the hostage situation things start to get better. They even toss viewers a little tidbit about our resident nerd and crybaby that makes him seem deeper. And me more excited to know him more. (Ji Kook if you're wondering.) Slowly things are being revealed. And finally things are clicking for You're All Surrounded. I actually laughed and enjoyed the humor. Hey, I won't complain about any turning points that involve a hostage situation and hand cuffing rookie detectives. Things were clicking. (Yeah, punned it.)
It bothers me that I do find the overall struggle of the rookies to become dectives more then the underlining mystery of what happened to Dae Gu's mother. Simply because I know at some point that drama is going to take over. So far it's been the main cause for why Dae Gu is such a horrible character. Though with the dramatic cliffhanger advancing Dae Gu's struggle for the truth finally giving the mystery some steroids it might be a total turn around for this whole series.
Let's hope. Because the potential is here. Please don't bore me anymore
