I like Jo In Seung & Son Ye Jin pairing.

Both male & female lead end with terrible physical illness. The dedication of family caring for her were amazing. The royal friend and love from many was hesrtwarming.

these two are the same because in UF he is told he will die, he does anything in his power to get the girl he wants. I haven’t watched IGMFLTY but i think you will like UF if you liked IGMFLTU.
