SPOILER ALERT! [7,5/10]

A fun, exciting, and easy-to-understand pilot episode. This episode provides a good introduction to the main characters and the conflict they're facing. We're introduced to the main character, Guy, who has trouble making friends. A new student comes to his high school and ends up being his best friend, and Guy is in love with him. I don't think Guy is 100% in love with him. I think he was happy to know that somebody wanted to listen to him and be by his side. Like Guy said, he doesn't want Wahl (the bestfriend) to talk to other people or have other friends. He's scared of losing Wahl because he's the only person who gets him. His nightmare comes true when Wahl dates a girl from their university, and that's how Guy finds comfort in the online gaming world. I didn't expect the animation at all! It was so cool. This drama uses animation to portray what's happening in the game Guy and his online friends are playing. I hope it stays like that until the last episode because it makes this drama more exciting. A fellow player from his troupe whose username is 'Yuri', turns out to be a man. Everyone thought he was a woman because of the gender of his character. Honestly, I'm so happy Tew doesn't give a fuck about the gender of the character he played. I don't know why but some gamers in the game that I play always assume that a male character is played by men and a female character is played by women in real life. I dislike those assumptions so much. They meet each other for the first time in an aquarium, where they share awkward moments, followed by a dinner in a conveyor belt restaurant! The restaurant they visited was clearly a Japanese restaurant, so I thought Guy would order sake, but he ordered soju. I wonder if the Korean theme and references (soju and the title) are because the webtoon this drama is based on, is a Korean manhwa. I don't have many expectations for this drama so far, but I hope it's not a disappointing one.
