I liked Korean police dramas ever since Rugal. That was my very first Korean drama that I watched. It was after my father had unexpectedly passed away four years ago and I had a void until I was on Netflix and seen a trailer for Rugal. Since then I have tried to find any and every Korean police action drama that's out there. I've had a lot of hits and a few misses and this one falls in between the two.First off, I really don't like the main ML. His arrogance in the dramas I've seen him in has been a turn off. No surprise his arrogance shows in this drama. Close to the end he became likeable.
One of the things I hate about police dramas is having an outsider come in and be smarter than the actual police themselves. Every episode in this drama had what I hated. The main ML solved EVERY LAST DOGGONE crime that was committed. It was like why are the other police officers there?? Then there's the 'I can't stand you, now I like you and can't do anything without you' spiel. I hate that too! The only thing that I liked was the fact that there wasn't any cliche romance. From what I saw and knowing there's going to be a season 2 there may be romance involved.
The chemistry between the cast mates weren't strong enough for me. I'm always there for the chemistry and 'to me' it lacked. There was no bromance because the main ML was too arrogant and the youngest cop was too clingy.
I did, however, liked that each episode had different cases. I also liked how they focused on the death of the main ML's mother and that it wasn't overly done. That added more to the drama.
The end kind of shocked me. I was picking all kinds of culprits involving some of the character's deaths. I really wasn't expecting what I was expecting.
Another thing that I didn't like was the cliche ending....oh man I was hoping it wouldn't have happened the way it did but it did hence the reason why it will be a second season.
If they make it into a romance drama and make it to where the main ML will solve everything again I won't be watching that.

WOW JUST WOW - BEST KDRAMA OF THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was amazing, Ahn Bo Hyun will never disappoint you. He is my favorite actor and this one was just wow. The plot, acting and everything else was just chef's kiss. I waited for this ever since news that Ahn Bo Hyun was starring in it, was released. No matter how much homework I had due I never missed an episode. This was just so amazing and intriguing. The chemistry between all the actors was so good, no other cast could have done better. I have watched every k-drama that Ahn Bo Hyun had a main role in and his role in all of them were amazing. You can trust that anything he stars in will be good.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
MEANT TO BE ICONIC!
the 2024 surprise of the year!the main theme? i was skeptical... the storyline? sounded cliché... first episode? meh...
i gave it a chance because of the good local viewrship!
i was glad because this is a whole world of a story!
best thing about it?
ITS A STORY THAT DEVELOPS SEAMLESSLY
that's becoming a rare trait in kdramas, unfortunately...
this is a show taken from an original russian tv show that had 5 seasons and movies! they had all the chances on their side to make it a success , and bravo its already renewed!
the Main actors and side characters were all amazingly played! they all had their personality, deph, meat!
the drama had the perfect blend of episode cases and the ML and FL arc stories.
i also loved the jazzy music, the 'personnified' inn soo, his victory/cool sign, his logo, it was all well done to be iconic!
the things i liked less? sometimes reveals were a little overdone... the story can be predictable but its always engaging!
i'll be tuning for s2. i'll try not to watch the original in the meantime haha

I love Jin I soo
Korean Drama '' Flex x Copmeu personagem preferido é o jin I soo
The drama offers a lot of cases that the investigation team is called to solve, in their delightfully whimsical way. That way the main plot doesn't get stuffy, and the drama does indeed focus on the police enforcement, and doesn't simply give a few at the start only to excite the audience and then try to keep things interesting with unnecessary melodrama for the second half.
The main mystery case was also interesting and twisty and enhanced the drama of the characters more.
The characters, moreover, where all interesting and had smooth chemistry.
The performances, therefore, were all great and everyone did a great job with their characters.

Not a Batman Spinoff
When I was watching the first few minutes, I thought this was a Batman spinoff and I was ready to drop it but as with other shows, I gave it a chance. Luckily I didn't drop it and it's far from being a Batman spinoff. I am already enjoying it and it's just the second episode. To be honest, I haven't seen much shows from the leads and this was a fresh breather for me to see "new" faces that can act on point. The action is nicely done. The comedy is not forced and not slapstick either. Seeing that there's a romance in the genre makes me wonder how it will pan out.I am looking forward to watching every episode of this series.

A Lot of Writing Issues but Still Watchable
My 4 categories are Acting/Cast, Writing, Direction/SFX/Music, Entertainment Value.Detective dramas are one of my least favorite genres to watch. They tend to be formulaic and, therefore, boring, but every once in a while, I’ll give one a shot. I decided to watch this one because I was in a drama slump at the time, so I was picking up various dramas from different genres to try out.
Acting/Cast: The male lead was clearly the most interesting character. There was really no other reason to continue watching this drama other than maybe for the slow burn romance between the two leads. If you’re not a fan of Ahn Bo Hyun (안보현) as an actor or if his character is this drama isn’t appealing to you, then you probably will not like this drama at all. The cast is good and the acting is good…it’s just that the male lead takes up way too much of the focus; everyone else just feel like side characters. The team members did have decent chemistry though. 6/10
Writing: It was formulaic in the first…6 episodes maybe. There were also weird cases involving hypnosis and ghosts…So this drama isn’t the most realistic (which is strange for a detective drama). I almost dropped it, but I saw comments saying that the drama gets better as it goes. That turned out to be accurate; this drama does get better each episode. The case involving the female lead and her father’s backstory was the point when it really became interesting for me. Once that plot point was wrapped up, however, I felt like the drama lost some steam. The male lead’s plotline just wasn’t as interesting to me. It was too predictable. Also, the dark and mysterious plot surrounding the male lead from the beginning turned out to be overly dramatic nonsense. The writing (especially for a detective genre) isn’t very intelligent. It didn’t feel as though a team of smart detectives were solving crimes together -- it was more like technology doing it for them and the male lead using his fame, money, and connections. So…not much brain power going on (actually, the male lead made the detectives seem like a joke. How did they ever solve cases without him?). I did like the lightness of this drama, however. I could watch 15 minutes here or an hour there whenever I felt like seeing the team again. However, it became a little too dark in the end, which was a bit off-putting. It was also weird how certain characters treated the male lead like he’s a ticking time bomb because he has childhood trauma. They should be the ones to know that simply having childhood trauma doesn’t necessarily make someone evil (especially when the male lead is repeatedly shown to be a good person). 1.5/10
Direction/SFX/Music: This drama felt well produced, although cheesy at times. It had good, choreographed fight scenes, which is always a plus in my book. It has a unique OST, too, which adds to the charm of the drama. The music has a cartoony or comic book detective feel. 6/10
Entertainment Value: Like I said earlier, I almost dropped this drama after episode 6. The rich, famous influencer solving cases gimmick just wasn’t quite compelling enough for me. Maybe, it’s because the drama was a bit too ridiculous in the first half. Maybe, it’s because solving the cases didn’t feel like a team effort. However, it did get better and characters began to grow on me a little bit. It took me a long time to finish this drama because I would just watch a little here and there while waiting for more episodes of other dramas to air. 3/10
Overall, I gave this drama a 4/10. For me, a score anywhere from 4 to 5.5 means that I wouldn’t recommend this drama, but it is still good enough for a one-time watch (meaning, I don’t feel like I wasted my time watching it). It seems like they’re planning for a second season. Would I watch it? Probably. Would I expect it to be good? No…but it does have potential to be better than the first season.

Can’t stand the FL character.
FL is just plain rude and immature. She should pretend nice to ml at least but no, she seems like she has superior complex. I accept that she has a prejudice against rich ppl (according to plot) but the thing is although she knew she was wrong when the truth revealed, she doesn’t want to admit her mistake and just throw the blame on ML, not sorry for her wrong judgement on innocent citizen, and makes everyone isolates ML and kicks him out of the team makes me want to drop this.ML is typical ml in kdramas so far. And also the plot doesn’t seem unique.
