Chuan gets to know that Mu was awake during their kiss. He is surprised. After a dialogue with his minister, they conclude that Mu is still very much in love with him, similar to her older days before marriage. He decides to invite her to a lantern festival. Meanwhile, Mu decides to bring barriers between the two, and so sends him a message of retaliation. But, Chuan again misinterprets and thinks that she is asking him out to the festival.
