A masterpiece

One of my all time favourite dramas. The soundtrack is my favourite ever and I regularly listen to it, it is so beautiful. Every single episode ended with a cliffhanger and I couldn't stop watching--this drama was a real obstacle during assignment week when I watched! The writing was incredible and lovely and the acting was brilliant. I loved both leads so, so much. This story made me laugh and cry and everything in between and I loved the ending so much. I would pay an exorbitant price to be able to swallow a pill and forget this drama so I could watch it again if that were possible. 10/10 stars is not enough, this drama is a work of art and I loved it more than words can adequately describe.

Totally Gripping

First of all, I know a lot of people have said that the ending lets it down, and it's true that it could have been better and it was cliché, but at the same time, it's not TERRIBLE, and to me it didn't matter because the rest of the drama was AMAZING and more than made up for it.

The casting was great (all the guys were hot?! I'm shallow, sorry), and the way it was written kept you going from loving someone to doubting them and then loving them again.

It truly was a rollercoaster and I would definitely recommend it. Even if you're someone who despises clichés - like I normally do - I'd say give it a watch anyway because it might surprise you how much you enjoy it! :)

Non mi sarei sognata un finale così di m*rda nemmeno nei miei peggiori incubi. Si rovina tutto con gli ultimi due episodi. Non che fosse l'opera del secolo, la più bella cosa che io abbia mai visto, ma ha saputo tenermi incollata allo schermo e incuriosirmi man mano che si andava avanti e che si scoprivano sempre più cose.
La cosa bella di questo drama è che punta il dito contro le scuole, contro quegli adulti che non sono in grado o non vogliono essere in grado di proteggere i loro studenti. Dà voce a quelli che per una volta vorrebbero che i bulli venissero puniti, ma c'è sempre il retro della medaglia e un nostro caro personaggio dovrà fare i conti con questo. Si parla di amore, di quell'amore che porta una persona fare tutto il necessario e anche più per scoprire chi ha ammazzato il fratello. Un tipo di amore che per chi non ha fratelli non potrà mai capire.
E ALLORA MI CHIEDO PERCHE'!

One of the best mystery dramas of 2022

The whole story involving the cast is fantastic. The personal growth of each character makes the story get better and better throughout the episodes. It's a story that grips everyone from start to finish.We feel anger, affection, sadness, betrayal and all the feelings that the characters feel.
The whole development of the story behind the death of Park Wonseok makes it captivating, as clues and more clues appear that lead us to believe that the killer is a person, but, in the end, it was not what we were looking for.
It was without a doubt one of the best mystery dramas I've seen this year. Despite the ending being a little open and where they could have explored some more points that, in my opinion, would be important, I LOVED it.
If you want to see a GOOD mystery drama then Regenge of Others is a GREAT option.

e então, eu finalmente vi "revenge of others"... esse kdrama chamou muito a minha atenção desde o dia do lançamento. foi impossível não favoritar já que tem dois atores que eu gosto muito, a shin yeeun e o park solomon. sempre vejo os trabalhos deles porque são impecáveis!e eu não sabia que precisava ver esses dois atuando juntos até eu assistir. enfim, eu senti tantas coisas com esse dorama... senti medo, nojo, raiva, ódio para dar e vender e tristeza. muita tristeza. também sorri como um bobo com as amizades dos personagens, especialmente da chanmi e o sooheon. eu curti muito o enredo e a forma como ele foi desenvolvido. mesmo após finalizar há algumas horas, eu continuo pensando no jaebeom. eu não compreendi muito bem essa questão então talvez eu assista novamente no futuro...
não esperava que fosse aquela pessoa que assassinou o wonseok. não esperava mesmo. fiquei chocado.

Thrilling beginning but disappointing end

I am a huge fan of a revenge plotline. The show really keeps you captivated and mesmerized for most of the series. The whodunit aspects in the beginning really do keep you guessing. However, the show falters in the last few episodes. When the audience finds out the motivations for all this havok it's almost laughable. So anticlimatic. The police as usual, are dumber than a box of rocks and don't really serve a purpose in the story other than to annoy us.

The cast is good and all of the actors were new to me. I liked Seo Ji Hoon as Jaebum and Lomon as Seohoon. Seo Ji Hoon was excellent as Gi Osung. He nailed his role as the person you love to hate. He took smug and arrogant to a new level.

Overall, an enjoyable series to watch once. I loved Gsoul's song Lost Game which played throughout the series and was the closing theme song.

I don't care what anyone says about the ending or whatever, I really really enjoyed this show and all the characters (and the OST too, it was sooooooo good). I really liked our female main character: Ok Chanmi. She was quite naive at times, going to dark places with no back up, yet she was not one to give up or back down. She defended herself and those she cared about, so that was refreshing and nice to see. The male lead was great! I haven't seen "All Of Us Are Dead" yet, so that was my first Lomon-Drama but I liked him a lo. The fighting scenes were really cool and I quite liked the revelations - no matter how obvious they were. One last thing: Jaebum is innocent, Oh Gisung is the root of all evil and literally the spawn of Satan.

Revenge of Others started off as a great murder mystery and towards the end drifted a little. Lots of plots and small storylines going on and even little things that were added in that had me genuinely thrown for a loop. The acting and overall revenge stories are what hooked me in and it's a good watch if you're looking for revenge with a happy ending.

While the main plot is "Who killed Chan-Mi's twin brother?", there are a ton of smaller plots playing out as well. Bullying, jealousy, gaslighting, murder mystery, secret stalker, a lot of suspects, and a lot of things left in the wind for others. What they added in at the end with Gi Osung and his sister is what let my rating slip a good bit. I felt that it wasn't really necessary to the storyline AT ALL. Especially when we know what we do about how the bullying started. It was just a really weird shock factor thing thrown in? It wasn't even needed to explain why he did because the reason was: they were investigating things that he was involved in and getting close to the truth. My other problem was one of the main plot points is that Ji Soo-Heon is suffering from a brain tumor and this causes his behavior, nose bleeds, etc.. but it's never resolved or explained further after the doctor's visit? He just goes and lives his life and we just pretend that isn't a thing? I wish that the ending and their futures were given more time for better explanations, especially Soo-Heon's. I feel that they spent a lot of time on other things that weren't too important to the main plot. One whole episode was dedicated to something that could've been resolved and shown in 30 minutes of an episode. Just really weird pacing overall with the main plot line, you don't figure out who REALLY did it until the very last episode.

The ending itself is really weird and random. The person who actually did it and how that's revealed didn't make a lot of sense to me and seemed super random. I felt that they needed someone else because it was obvious that Gi Osung was involved somehow pretty early on into the drama. This is another reason why I gave it an 8.5. It just felt messy and rushed towards the end.

Overall, it's a good watch if you're wanting something short but has action to keep you interested.

Need some serious tweaking to perfect it

The premise of this drama is actually an extraordinary one, but the treatment it has gotten lacks precision which limits its potential of being a brilliant drama. Some of the plotlines got really unrefined and the handling is just messy, but the mystery of the crime in it is really thrilling and that's appreciable. They are really close in reaching the level of the legendary Netflix's Extracurricular, but the details of the story need some serious tweaking to perfect it. Still, it's quite remarkable for what they've achieved and the acting performance in here is noteworthy.
