A LOT happens at a good pace within 4 hours
I'm just dumbfounded about how everything went so smoothly while so much happened in just 4 hours and it didn't even feel like that long. If you're looking for short dramas to watch with a friend, I 100% recommend this it is absolutely amazing! You should give it a try just for the actors in the drama, their acting was fabulous and the music goes very very well with the scenes and their moods and just the overall atmosphere. And as usual Park Hyunsik and Han Seoohee killed it. They're chemistry was just soo good! It's also a happy ending! So it'll save your heart! Overall it's another masterpiece. Definitely worth watching! 💕🧣🎶🎧❤️📸🎴Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Unfolds like fine makgeolli
The plot style is none other than classic kdrama formula but that's not the problem here because the execution was so good it's worth its production value. It works great mainly due to the fact of it being only 4 parts weighing at 180 mins of total runtime, it's super lightweight yet able to fully support the storyline while eliminating excess clichés. The chemistry between the leads is so distinctive it unfolds like fine makgeolli, fizzy and tangy at first, but warm and bittersweet afterwards.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

This drama was just OKAY for meNot bad , not good
Repetitive idea , Nothing new
I couldn't feel any warm in it , As if something was missing
The romance was lukewarm and weird for me
Many dramas were having the same idea but few can handle the story well and make you hooked and interested
Even the end was cold
For two persons who loved eachother for over 20 years the end was too bad although it was happy
I didn't regret watching it since it was just just 4 episodes , THANK GOD
otherwise I would have cried from frustrating LOL

Short and simple
Personally I love it when childhood friends get married so this bestfriends to lovers trope is good with me.This gorgeous pair deserves more episodes though, 4 episodes is simply too short to be a tv show for me. Also, IF a tv show has 4 episodes only, I hope it would get dropped in 1 go. Most people would lose their patience waiting for the new episode, it's like watching a movie over the course of 4 weeks.
So yeah, Soundtrack #1 is a good show, my main issue is just the length of it all.

A beautiful short story concept dragged over four hours. The plot, themes and characters are too paper thin to sustain the weight. I would have much preferred a one hour story, in a set of four (as the title 'soundtrack' implies).
Park Hyung-sik plays a familiar character who is boyishly and earnestly in love with the woman by his side and badly trying to hide it. The only one fooled being the woman herself. Unlike in Happiness or Strong Girl Bong Soon, however, that's all there is to him. Han So-Hee is new to me and does a great job encapsulating a head strong, brash girl who is more talk than action. Again, however, that's all there is to her.
The music is surprisingly not front and center and not particularly well-done. The actress doesn't have a guitar or a keyboard, she doesn't hum or sing, she doesn't go on long rants about song structures and the repetitive commercialism of modern pop music. She just scribbles in a notepad. (similarly Park Hyung-Sik fails to convince that he's a genius art photographer).
It has a beautiful, millennial cinematic vibe - a string of suspended in golden air moments. I appreciated the setting of cozy, snowy winter instead of the typical golden sunshine-y feeling of other shows that have tried similar ideas.

SO GOOD & SWEET
If we start about the story, what I could say is that this drama have a very predictable plot. But don't worry! Eventhough it is predictable, they gave us a very sweet and delicate performance. The main lead's chemistry is beyond good. I can feel their nervousness as friends and their loveliness when they become lovers. I still cannot move on. The casting team have made a good decision to choose Han Sohee & Park Hyungsik to play on this drama.
At first episode, I don't like calm music they used. But after watched its 2nd episode, I can slowly adapted and enjoy it.
I don't think I could rewatch this drama. It has very short episode and duration tho. Honestly I want to watch more of their lovey-dovey phase. Cruel that they just gave us a bit. I will crave for more episode if I rewatch it, I'm afraid.

if this ended at just 3 episodes
I like the end of episode 3 where she release that how long he been liking her she has been blind to all thather regret for not noticing are well express just by the eyes of Han So Hee and her expression in ep 3
10/10 for there acting both o them work real good on expression and how they express all those feelings without words
her own realization , her regret for being oblivious to his feeling, he sadness about find it 8 year late...
10/10 for First 3 episodes and -1.5 for last fourth episodes
-1.5 for ending flat like that. he just accepted her and it ended. it just give unsatisfied vibe
he should have moved on from her in ep 4 and founded a real Jennifer......
(( it was about one sided love but Jennifer was Park bo Young
ML was even crying seeing park bo young on tv ))
Ep 4, she date fair share of men before even realizing his feeling
how much he resist seeing her dating other man front of him but she can't be even let him date a single girl before her ?
i find this unfair
she said there friendship is more important until she fall in love with him and now she doesn't care if they ever break up and can never go back to be Friends again.
its not love from her side its her selfish desire while he resist 8 years because he truly valued there friendship
In end i found her HYPOCRATIC, he confession without any thought was selfish and his accepting her was also. like what is point of all 3 last episodes about Friendship now they don't value that friendship at all ?

This was cute. Quiet and peaceful. No big upheavals, just a story of two friends becoming successful in their chosen fields and finding love in each other. IMHO, it would've worked better as a movie - even 4 eps seemed a bit too much - but it was really cute. The actors sure elevated the whole thing.I think my favorite character in the series was Kang Woo Il, the Big Name composer and Lee Eun Soo's boss. I loved that he gave Eun Soo an honest opinion on her writing without ever being mean. That he gave her a second chance and the time to get her song lyrics just right. That he worked on them with her. That he didn't let Han Sun Woo's childish tantrums rile him up. That when he proposed to Eun Soo and she rejected him, he calmly and kindly accepted it and remained her friend... He was just so... good.
Overall, a nice way how to spend an evening or two. But it's true that the drama was mostly carried by the acting and chemistry between Park Hyung Sik and Han So Hee.

Really loved this......
every single bit of it was refreshing, the dangers that come with love is truly frightening that's what I've felt watching this drama. The feeling of being afraid to open up about loving someone, the feeling of rejection, the feeling of ruining a beautiful friendship, the feeling doubt of the others feeling (if that makes sense), the feeling of your love moving on, the feeling of your love loving someone else, it was all just so beautifully done. Though not in any way perfect it was enough to convey it's message, through the acting, lines, shots, etc. It reminds us that love isn't easy as often times portrayed, it is also a responsibility.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
REALISTIC FRIENDS TO LOVERS TROPE
I always adore this kind of trope, i think friends to lovers trope is my favorite and this show is exactly what i wanted and expected. The story is fast but at the same time deep, you can see all the emotions in their acting, they both are amazing in what they doing (it was actually the first drama i watched with these two), they did a great job. This drama was on point, the relationship between these two and their struggle to not lose their friendships was so realistic (i am speaking from personal experience). The songs were very good and i will 100% continue listening to them, they were right placed in each scene and they give a whole other experience to the viewer, some of them made me tear while i was listening. The unrequited love they portrayed was so touching and they gave an exeptional explanation to the term "unrequited love". I loved how they made us question if they will end up together, but really the ending was so beautiful.I believe that best friends are soulmates not matter if they like each other romantically or not.
Truly beautiful drama.
