All though both dramas have different plots. But they share some similar ideas.
- FL leads have similar personality.
- ML is intelligent and loving.
- Both leads pretend to be a couple and continue their investigation.
- both leads slowly fall in love.
- Both dramas have gun fighting and action scenes.

Disclaimer: FOE is heavier than MLM in terms of a thriller and suspense. When I started watching FOE, I had to read some spoilers because I couldn't stand being in the dark, but it wasn't necessary for me when I started MLM.

In both dramas FLs are smart, resistant, kind-hearted, understanding and trusting. They are trying to help MLs.
MLs are morally gray, calm, cold and really good at hiding their true identities, past, reasonings and goals.
I couldn't get rid of the felling that ML from MLM is similar to ML from FOE. Something like deja ví, maybe? Their (handsome) looks and personality were kinda familiar, but at the same time I thought these MLs are somehow different.

Also their love and chemistry. In both dramas I saw the love that can overcome everything. Also major 'touch her and you'll see what I'm capable of' vibes from the MLs hahah

I think the biggest differences between these dramas are that there is no doppelganger in FOE and in MLM main leads weren't married.

Another manhandling, steamy-kiss guilty pleasure drama with sizzling chemistry and a smoking hot leading man who totally steals the show. Weak plot, but still pretty fun.

Shy, clumsy ordinary salaryman Inaba Toukichi is forced into living a dual life as an office worker and a hitman, in order to protect his family.

I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

The begining of the drama has some similar elements. It starts in Italy. ML in both dramas is handsome and cold and speaks Italian. They both want to use FL for their own gain and they both have the same lighter :P

A really cold ML who is a CEO.
FL is persuaded by ML to work together.
The ML starts cold but falls for the FL. (good kissing scenes!)
The FL does not intend to fall for ML, but does. (very loyal and emotional)
A rich family with a lot of drama. (mostly his in this drama)
ML has a sad backstory. ( it's a trope how they ignore the FL's trauma.)
Happy ending.

The introduction is amazing here and it really drew me in - you do not fast forward in this cdrama!

The main characters in both dramas have to act as their doppelganger from super rich-rich family with evil family members. Pretending to be the other person, they also have to take over some big business company. The overall mood and atmosphere of the shows are quite different, though.

Both MLs have the FL pose as their sister due to her identical appearance and to enact his plot. Both MLs wear glasses and have an initially aggressive personality until they fall in love.

By strange fate the leads get close to the other lead who looks exactly like their loved one. In prince William the ML is her brother's look alike where as in My Lethal Man it is the girl who is the one with similar looks with another girl

Both MLs wear glasses and come from a wealthy family. For their own reasons they find a look alike woman to impersonate their sister or fiancée.

Nam Sang-mi plays widowed police officer Lee Sun-ae who finds herself suddenly immersed into international espionage by Han Yoo-il (Dennis Oh), an undercover agent. Lee Joo-hyun plays Kang-Jun, who's recently transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department. He opens an old case involving Sun-ae's past that leads him to an entanglement between the current political/economic powers and their secrets. One of them, oddly enough, being Han Yoo-il. Who is this man? Why is he here?

In life it is always necessary to make concessions, without fear of loss, and moving forward to embrace that sense of the "extraordinary." If life could have other versions, and the "if" could be experienced, what would it look like? The drama realizes this "if" so that the heroine experiences two lives in parallel. How she will handle those choices is the big question.
