incroyable !
Cette série est absolument incroyable.Zhao Lu Si a un rôle taillé sur mesure où elle peut exprimer son incroyable talent ! Leo Wu est lui aussi exceptionnel, l'alchimie entre les leads est sublimée par des prises de vues magnifiques.
Les personnages secondaires sont également super, on les déteste ou on les aime avec ferveur !
Le début de la série joue avec le caractère facétieux de LuSi et est amusant. Pour une fois, nous avons une actrice principale qui ne se laisse pas faire, et qui arrive à bien se débrouiller malgré un environnement hostile !
Les costumes, bijoux, prises de vues et combats sont superbes .
Il n'y a que la musique qui ne m'emballe pas plus que cela, mais ce n'est pas embêtant

Other reviewers find this to be a good drama but unfortunately, I totally disagreed. May be is because I expected more from these well-known actors.What can I say about the 3 episodes I've watched so far?.....I am searching for the the right words to describe, but this is all I can came up with...... "This is a really stupid drama"....... The story, if there is one!!! is stupid. The acting is really stupid. Even the dialogues are stupid....
If this is a comedy, it is not funny. If this is a drama, it lacks performances. If this is mystery, the excitements are missing. If this is a romance, I have not even got to that part yet.......So far, It is nothing but childish mischiefs and absurdity.
It is painful for me to watch any further, but that is only my opinions.

SYNOPSIS
This drama depicts the story of Cheng Shao Shang ", the "unruly" daughter of Cheng clan and of Ling Buyi, the emperor's adopted son.Shaoshang grew up without her "family". She does not know what love means, how it feels to be loved and when you can feel love. All throughout her life, she was bullied and mocked for being "abandon" as a new born and "illiterate". She refused to be bullied and so she stand up for herself most of the time. When her parents returned from almost 15 years of absence, she thought she can finally feel the warmth of having "real family" love but then constantly reminded by her mother how "incompetent" she is compared to her "well-mannered" cousin (asian thing).
Ling Buyi is the adopted son of the Emperor. He is a capable General with a "broken" and "dark" past. He felt a strong attraction to young lady, Shaoshang but he did not yet to confess his feelings. He mostly appears whenever Shaoshang is in trouble or in danger, willing to risk his life just for her to be safe. "Action speaks louder than words".
There are two other important "male heroes", Lou Yao and Yuan Shen. Both are from noble families. Lou Yao, the first one to pursue Shaoshang, asked for her hand for marriage and the first one to show Shaoshang how to be "appreciated", "valued" and "loved" but the engagement did not last long for some circumstances. Yuan Shen, pursue Shaoshang when Ling Buyi was punished by the emperor and was sent to the frontier for a long period of time. Heartbroken Shaoshang accepted Yuan Shen to forget Ling Buyi.
Fate played them well.
Ling Buyi came back and messed Shaoshang's feelings again. This time, they will not let go of each other and will hold on forever.
