I ONLY HAVE ONE WORD “WOW”
I’ve been hesitate whether i should review this drama or not since in china there’s a huge controversy related to this drama. But tbh i did like this drama a lot. (Let’s not mention about the controversy first) I’ve been looking forward to this drama since when they started filming. Then when they broadcast there’s a huge controversy that made me hesitate whether i should give it a try or not. However, after I’m finishing this drama i can say that i’m glad i’ve given it a try. I can really say i DID LIKE THIS A LOT. This is more than a cliche love story. This actually portrait a lot about E-Sport career, getting over obstacles for life goal and more.Tong yao is not a typical female character, she has her own dream, she has her own principles as an e-sport player and to me I’ve respected her character a lot.
Lu sicheng is also not the cool-handsome male lead who only know how to love his girlfriend. He is a good leader, good e-sport player and a good teammate too. He’s willing to teach tong yao on what’s right and wrong instead of just helping her without letting her know.
Besides, the main characters, other characters also has their own problems that they struggle and get through in the drama. I love how they give each character their own character’s development especially ZDGX team.
Moreover, i really really love the way they portrait the fan obsessed with idol problem in this story(fan harassed idol’s lover, threatening, cyber bullying on internet and more). This drama showcase a lot of problem and each problem progress really greatly.
The storyline, the plot is really interesting and Chessman and smiling love story is sooo sooo sweet that i was almost having diabetes while watching it.
All in all, if you are into the gamer romance or no break up type of romance, give this drama a try it will not disappoint you I promise.

A MUST SEE
I like the gameplay of how teamwork comes into play. Each character plays a vital role in making each other shine through their show of strengths and weaknesses. It also emphasized the vital role of a spectator and how it greatly affects the morale of the player they support and condemn. We find heroes in our everyday life, but what we don't realize at times is that we ourselves are our own heroes. So instead of displaying hate, it's best to support one another. I also like the song by Joker Xue "Facade."Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Soooo many handsome male characters ??
There aren't many Chinese dramas with more than one handsome man (the lead). Falling Into Your Smile has a completely different dynamic as the moderately pretty main male character is surrounded by a very handsome bunch of men and I'm looking forward to finding dramas where they play the leads!! ?? I didn't really like this series because of the main male character. Although he was warm and pleasant to virtually everyone, I did not like him.Acting in Falling Into Your Smile is on a good level. ven though I'm not a big fan of the Lu Sicheng, he played cold male lead well. Tong Yao was on the other hand naturally cute and lovely and I love how female she is in a tough male gaming world ?But in the and I saw much better with her ex and I wish she would ended up with him.
Plot was something new and I liked it's freshness but sometimes they have put too much of actual gaming parts into the drama and instead of building up the story with it, they cooled all down and made drama a big boring. I didn't skip all gaming moments but probably half I did ?
Female lead ? was cute but whiny nonetheless I liked her. Male lead on the other hand didn't have much to like. I felt the character development was too slow and everything in the middle of the drama happened too fast. Cramming the whole thing into 16 episodes at this pace made the story uncohesive.
The supporting characters were very well thought out and each one has its own depth. They may not be very developed, but you can understand their family and personal situation. I liked how the teams were like families but it was farfetched played with idea of being social outcast for being a pro gamer ?
Putting it all together, the show wasn't bad and it's definitely fun to watch. However, the fact that I don't like the main male role and will stand strong to say that Tong Yao would be better with another man. She had 3 other very handsome men in ZGDX crew so why to go for mediocare teamleader while you can go for excellent secondary player? I would do that!

FLUFFY ROMANCE BTW E-SPORT PLAYERZ
Honestly, I really love this genre (much of romance & a little patch work of e-sport) which is what all the drama fans want - "with more romance and less additional things". BUT here are some fans who look more into plagiarism allegations which should not be taken more into consent, bcz A DRAMA IS DONE ONLY 4 ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSE.Why you should watch this drama :
●The best binge watching series which is a adorable & a delightful mood making drama( feel good story ) #workplace-romance?
●The cast has vibrant & handsome hunks who do their very best in potraying their acting . (ML )aka XU KAI & (FL) aka Cheng Xiao are lovey-dovey through out de series ...?
● U will b able 2 witness adequate amount of life morals.
● Narrative pace is super cool, romantic, hilarious & sportive at all the times.
● Best VFX & cinemotography...
●Women-empowering story | Teamwork of ZGDX
●Star studded ost's (Seventeen,WayV, & 3 songs from the cast themselves )
•available @lot of platforms - especially Youtube
● and many moree
My shots--
•This is Xu Kai's first modern drama.. so, all Xu Kai bias will have a great time with this series.?
•I had top-notch stamina while binge watching this.. cuz this is super addicting!!
•Doubar ratings are low which is terribly unfair to this adorble series...?
•Don't miss Bts scenes which i craved so much 4 ...
•Brother mode of Lu Si Cheng will not b missed cuz yao yao is still addressing him like that even after they are 2gether.?
●I LOVED THEIR GAMING BASE, which is now my dream villa
● IF YOU ARE HESISTATING, PLZ DONT ... GIVE THIS A SHOT, ITS WORTH IT ...?????

Light drama saved by the chemistry of the leads
I understand that many of the actors are new in the scene that why i wasnt expecting much but i ended up liking it a lot. It was novel to me the whole e-sports plot with the competitions and so on, though i would have liked to see more of that but is a short drama so its ok. About the leads i think the male lead did a pretty good job, i really like to see his acting specially in the second half of the drama. With regards of the female lead i think she did ok, she is new in acting so i can pass some things, i just would have liked to see more expressions on her face. The two of them together made a sweet couple, Tong Yao is cute and Lu Sicheng is just perfect. The visuals were off the charts and I think thats what made me want more and more. The supporting actors did a good job. It really looked like they were a team and fatty was my favorite. Overall I think that for a light drama it had a good cast, good music and good plot. I really like it and i hope to see the leads together in the future (thats just how great their chemistry was).Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Worth the Watch
I’ll start by saying, I’ve seen many of the negative reviews on here and they all follow the same thin… the story line was cringey and lacked depth. The only part where this drama went wrong was not further explaining a bit more into Esports, some things were left on the surface.Story - 8/10
Simply because like I said many questions went unanswered and somethings weren’t explained well (like pay, sponsorships, competitions). Other than that the whole video game concept will always be cringe.. they still did well with giving it a sense of emotional depth.
Acting/Cast - 10/10
Yes everyone played their roles great. Including our FL that everyone’s complaining about. The casting was great, I especially enjoyed the variety of personalities in the show.. mostly the supporting roles. We live for character development as well.
Music - 8/10
Good song choices, not memorable.
Rewatch value - 10/10
There’s slow parts, there’s crazy parts but it will get you hooked.

MUST WATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Super kilig watching this drama!!!!! I'm shipping Xu kai and Cheng xiao in real life. Hoping this drama can have season two. I'll be watching this over and over again. I'm into e-sports lately. Super fun and loving the cast and crew of this chinese drama. Whaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! I recommend this drama to my family and friends. Falling into your smile would be the best of the best drama e-sports i have watched. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Esta resenha foi útil para você?
I did skip a little of the game play because I was a little confused, but the story of Cheng Xiao who plays Tong Yao, and Xu Kai who plays Lu Si Cheng. I think they both are soo cute when they are together. It's a very sweet like love, romance drama, and then when they play games it gets super serious!
I loved how they make it, like when a girl stays with a bunch of guys, and they all just have to be a bit more conservative, and it's funny to see all the different reactions that happen. I enjoyed watching this and how they like end up helping each other through the game and through experiences from each other too!

This is what I call a Gaming Drama (plus some romance)
When I watch dramas that feature e-sports as the topic, it needs to be the focus, the highlight of the drama. The e-sport needs to be what carries this drama through from start to finish and I can definitely say this drama showcase e-sports very well. This is what I enjoy about this drama. It's not just the viewers are watching the drama characters play competitively on a computer, but we also see the animated game scenes from these competitions, which makes this gaming drama special for me. Another great thing about this drama is we see our main team, ZGDX, and their life as a e-sport gamer. We see the celebratory wins, disappointments from a loss, the building of trust & teamwork, the hardships some have to endure on being/becoming a gamer. Most of all, my favorite, just the bond the members of ZGDX have for each other. They're really like their own family.
For me, the gossip or the social media aspect of this drama were pretty bothersome to me. I was annoyed half of the time when there were voice actors/actresses to read out the comments because a lot of the comments being read were rude (like you just want to smack that commenter in the face). Having the FL constantly bothered by these comments was a bit annoying for me, as in her character lacks confidence and she cared way too much on what people thinks of her. Majority of the drama, she was looking at social media. Me personally, I prefer this to be left out in this drama but I can understand why they include this because in reality, you have fans who will support you through the good & bad times and then you have those toxic people who badmouths/cyberbully you on the bad times or they're just jealous and don't have a life because they want to control the life of the person they idolize so much. Social media was meant for a good thing, like connecting with others far away, but instead, as this drama shows, it gets out of hand a lot, with opinionated people thinking they're always right.
Sure, there is romance. The romance builds up for our leads slowly throughout the drama but it does get going after Ep 20. There's a side couple as well that's mostly together throughout the drama.
The acting from our main leads were a bit stiff for me sometimes. Like there were some moments that I felt like there wasn't enough emotions portrayed from Cheng Xiao and Xu Kai. But then there were other moments where I felt like they did pretty good. So it wasn't bad but it was inconsistent for me.
Overall, I gotta say, this is probably my second favorite E-sport drama, just falling short to The King's Avatar, but I will admit this does pass The King's Avatar on the romance level, since The King's Avatar didn't have any romance at all.

It's a wholesome drama..... The SWEETNESS is OVERLOAD
I only created my account to rate this drama..From the beginning to the end, i just love it. Not all the time you can win. Not all the time you can have it. I learn a lot from this drama. I might say it's one of a kind. Maybe there's more superior than this but this is going to be my favorite Chinese Drama of all time.
The chemistry of each actors oncam or offcam are so precious. It's sad that it ended HOW I WISH THERE WILL BE A SEASON 2 of this. Still not enough it's so wonderful. If there will be a SEASON 2 THEY WILL STILL BE THE CAST!!!
They show how teamwork is done. It goes behind what's being a pro gamer is.
My youtube is full of their behind the scenes, ost, and more. This e-sport drama hit me so hard. I guess it will stay with me for a long time. It's REALLY WORTH IT. Even I encourage my mom and sister to watch this too...
All based on my opinion you should watch it too. I definitely recommend this for you to watch!!!

Nothing beats this one
From start to the end, I loved every bit of this drama. Found out about it just from a random YouTube sneak peak but man, I feel the luckiest about it. I never really write reviews but felt the need to do so for this drama. It might even be the best C-drama I have ever watched. I just feel like the makers know exactly what the audience likes to watch. Cute chemistry, romance, motivation, friendship, humour, suspense, it's all really there. I really think you all should watch it, if not already.❤❤❤Esta resenha foi útil para você?

JSAJDSAJDHASDHAHSDSA
Falando nos outros personagens resumidamente: todos maravilhosos. O time é muito amor.
Talvez a dublagem me incomodou em alguns momentos. Principalmente quando eles falam em coreano.
Enfim...
O sentimento que passa é bom. Fazia tempos que não curtia tanto assistir algo.
