Padam Padam... Os Sons das Batidas dos Corações (2011)

I honestly watched this drama because of Kim Bum and his abs, but sadly, Kim Bum didn't look that great with his long hair and skinny face, but he's still awesome as always.

Watching SBS's fantasy dramas like Secret Garden and 49 Days made me thought that Padam Padam was also an SBS drama. At first, I actually got absorbed, but as the story continues, nothing really new.

I usually watch super romantic dramas and never suspense or action dramas. I hated suspense and action dramas. Although this drama has those 3 genres and one them is romance, I liked this drama not because of the romance but because of the suspense (and a little bit of action).

I got absorbed because I really pitied the guy. And his son was handsome (and so is Kim Bum).

I wanted to cry a lot of times but tears won't just fall out of my eyes like it did when I watched Secret Garden and 49 Days. I did cry but not as much as I did when I watched the 2 dramas stated above.

Why hasn’t this drama been appreciated enough? Whyyy?

The first episode is rough and straight forward. (and a little unappealing)
The second one is soft on anther level. The characters show a different side. A deeper, more inner side.

The drama was clearly ahead of its time.
I have no words to describe this
But gahd this drama is goood!
ML actor is so good. Same goes for the rest of the cast. Well-rounded drama.

I’m so glad I got to know this drama.
It makes me want to smile and cry foolishly.
...No wonder, it turned out to be from one of my fav writers! And great director.

It's about an emotionally lost man with nothing ahead, but love for the people around him. A lanky demeanor, with soft insides. Hurt and wounded. It's about the people.

I have to add extra points for the music, the instrumentals added a nice touch.

I have put this show on hold for the longest time and finally I watched it. After the first episode it gets good and kim bum doesnt disappoint. Its a melodrama so theres alot of crying and dragging but overall it was a good show.kang chil was good but the only thing that bothered me in the whole show was the kissing scenes. Omg it was just a whole lot of disappointment. Its like placing two eggs together it was just bad like beginner bad. What is wrong with the director do the think the are playing for little kids aish seriously. He was awsome in "a moment to remember"
Ok enough of that good story line and good cast, the mum, kid and divorcee were awsome. I wish they would do more on the revenge. How can he be framed and locked for 16 years and when they find the real culprit we get no storyline after. So what happened to chang gul.......
